Feedback:

Waited in Sara's line for nearly 10 minutes while she helped the customer ahead of me. As soon as she finished with the customer before me, and I walked up, she told me that she was going to lunch, flipped her sign that said her lane was open, and just walked away. I'm upset that she let me stand there for so long, even though she knew she wasn't going to be able to help me. She should have told me she was closing her lane long before this point. She not only wasted my time, but then left me to have to queue in a new line behind people who all walked in long after me. This interaction has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to the store. Instead of waiting again I left and went to Emerald Leaves. They are much more helpful and, all around, the better option.
