My husband and I come to this Pizza Hut I would say about every 2-3 nights, we order the Cheese Bread, 2 orders of K-papa’s, and 1 order of the Cinnabon’s. Our food is always nice and hot, our orders have always been exactly what they should be, and we always receive our food quick. The service is always friendly! Thank you all very much for our delicious food and the great service!

I ordered for delivery last night.. Everything was on time the hersheys cookie was Amazing. But when it came to the pizza.. There was NO sauce. i was so confused wondering if i ordered it with no sauce or something but ive never received a pizza with no sauce. 23$ (including tip) for a pizza and a cookie i want some sauce on my pizza. Its one of the main ingredients. Wth??????

Ordered 2 pizzas online went to pick up my order and the young lady at the counter was extremely rude mad during my whole transaction no social skills or personality what so ever to be working with the public and her co worker gave me a look just because I asked for Parmesan cheese like a was a bother to both of them. The managers need to hire better staff. My pizza was cold just like the employees!

They have a minimum delivery feeWhich is stupid ! Everybody is going to order the $7 pizza. When they order 2 of them, it is not enough according to Pizza Hut. So you look for the next cheapest thing, which is a $3 2 liter of soda pop, because you were 23 cents of their minimum delivery fee ! Oh they want a tip too !!!

Sunday 3/19/2017 Ordered online and says pizza will be done in 20 minutes. I arrive to pick up at 30 minutes. A lady working by herself. "Sorry I haven't started on your pizza! There is still 3 people ahead of you."We were heading to a party so we cancelled the order and went to Pizza 900 instead.They need to provide more accurate completion time and more staff on weekends at this location. Have you seen how long it takes for some people to order pizza over the phone?I don't go here often but the last few times I had nothing but problems.

WHILE ON VACATION IN CALIFORNIA WE ORDERED A PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT ON EL TORO ROAD. SINCE WE ARE HUGE FANS OF PIZZA HUT (OUR LOCAL LOCATION) WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A TRY SINCE THEY DELIVERED TO OUR HOTEL. WE PLACED OUR ORDER BY USING THEIR MOBILE APP, WHICH I OFTEN USE WHEN WE ARE HOME. I MADE SURE THAT MY ORDER WAS EXACTLY CORRECT. WE LIKE BBQ CHICKEN BUT HATE THE HUT FAVORITE PIZZA CRUST FLAVOR SO I MADE SURE THAT WE GOT A DIFFERENT CRUST. WHEN WE GOT OUR PIZZA WE WERE VERY GENEROUS WITH OUR TIP AS WE WERE ON VACATION AND THE OPTION TO DELIVER WAS PERFECT FOR US SO WE FELT THAT WE SHOULD TIP GOOD. WHEN WE OPENED ONE OF OUR PIZZAS WE NOTICED THAT ON ONE THE CRUST HAD TWO FLAVORS- ONE BEING THE FLAVOR THAT WE WANTED AS WELL AS THE HUT FAVORITE. IT RUINED OUR PIZZA COMPLETELY. WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY KNEW THEY MESSED UP BUT THEY CORRECTED IT BY PUTTING THE FLAVOR THAT WE WANTED ON TOP OF THE MESSED UP FLAVORING. WE ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT AND WE WERE TOLD NO SINCE THE ERROR WAS 'FIXED.' WHICH IT REALLY WASNT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOTICE THE ERROR BUT WE HAD TO FIND OUT THE ERROR ON OUR OWN AND THEN WHEN WE NOTICED THE ERROR THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT IT? THATS PRETTY DARN CRAPPY IF YOU ASK ME. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! IF WE KNEW THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON OUR PIZZA WE WOULDNT HAVE PAID FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. SUCH A JOKE. I WOULD RECOMMEND DRIVING THE EXTRA DISTANCE OR GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS LOCATION DOESNT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IF I COULD RATE THIS LOWER THAN 1 STAR, BELIEVE ME, I WOULD.

(Only $7 per medium pizza for ANY toppings you choose!)Fast service and more importantly--FRIENDLY, with a smile. (Pizzas were ready in 10 minutes!)Genuinely nice person.Delicious new pizza choices!(I got bbq chicken, but customized it)
