I have been to this round many times and I don't even live in San Clemente! Their pizza is fantastic and the salad bar is always fresh, always clean, and there is always a good variety to choose from. The girl behind the counter, I really wish I knew her name, is absolutely amazing though! She is always so friendly and so helpful. The food is excellent, the prices are great and the service is spectacular! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good pizza!

Same issue as a few reviews below. Ordered for delivery and was supposed to be here at 7:20pm, I called at 8pm to ask about its location and the guy who answered didnt even ask for order number or info just said , "Ya its on its way". Dude, if you're gonna BS me at least take a name or order down. Wont order here again, not worth the time lost. Such a damn shame.

Im hesitant to give it a 3 stars because I think that it might not properly reflect the experience. The food was great! As to be expected of any Roundtable. The atmosphere in the place though as well as service was poor. I felt like I walked into a dive bar that served pizza. I had my kids with me and I was afraid to let them play on the old arcade games! Im not a germaphobe either, Im a parent who sees her kid wipe their nose on their sleeve and chooses to ignore it! So dine in at your own risk but pick up or delivery the food is Amazing!!!

Yesterday with children we decided to go to get a pizza on a flyer which my daughter received at school for a good progress. I thought that we could go to any place closest to us. We went to the Round Table at 612 Camino De Los Mares, San Clemente, CA 92673. When I gave the ticket to the young guy at the checkout, he looked at it with surprise and asked the woman nearby to what it means, to which she immediately replied, that they do not give such a pizza, and we have to buy something. I asked her why? The ticket says that the purchase is not necessary, to which she again said that they do not accept Groupons (although I objected that this is not Groupon, and my daughter received a bonus for good progress in school). In general, I asked with whom can I talk about this? The answer was: I am the owner, and we do not accept such coupons (there was a feeling that if there was an opportunity, she would have put me out of the door at all without any arguments, etc.). As a result, the upset children...I’m disappointed left from there. For the first time here faced such a rude, unfriendly service. It turns out that in order to take advantage of such coupons, you also need to find out from a specific address, do they accept them? (According to the link from the coupon, this address must accept such coupons!) I thought if the network of pizzerias is one, then the rules are the same at any adress... (by the way, few months ago with the same coupon from the school we were in other network of a pizzeria, and there without question with pleasure my daughter got her pizza). Unpleasantly like that ...

I'm pretty understanding and don't usually complain, but I had to share.... ordered online from Round Table Pizza for delivery at 6:57pm for my family for a movie night. Was told it would be delivered at about 7:37pm. Called at 7:50pm and was told it had left the store and was on its way. Called back at 8:26pm and was put on hold by same employee who then proceeded to leave for the evening. My call was finally picked up by another employee who informed me that they had never received the online order and he would call his supervisor who wasn't on-site and call me back in five minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes I drove to Round Table where no one would admit to being the person I spoke to on the phone. Owner or manager did not call me the next day as promised for a refund on the pizza. This is the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I will never order from Round Table in San Clemente again.

Can not say enough wonderful things about the owner, employees and the food. As a busy professional with little time to cook I take advantage of the salad bar which always has fresh ingredients and is clean. I of course indulge in my Friday night pizza which is a guilty pleasure of mine. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to be a loyal customer because of the friendly service but mostly the food.

We have been going to the Round Table in San Clemente for 15 years. I have one weakness when it comes to food and it's pizza. I honestly love her pizza, the variety and we live off the salad bar, its the best around. If it weren't for Giddy the owner we would starve. Now that I think about it, I love her family feeling as much as the food. She treats everyone like family. If your looking for a great pizza or a wonderful family experience I suggest Giddy's Round Table Pizza in San Clemente off Los Mares.

I ordered online, got my email order confirmation.... and I waited... and waited.... after an hour and 45 minutes, I called. No answer. Called 20 min later, no answer. I finally called another local Round Table and was told that location was closed due to a power outage. Don't you think it would be wise and courteous to let customers know? Perhaps not let people order from that location online due to it being closed? My credit card was charged though. The customer isn't important enough to them, but our money is. I'm done with Round Table!

Visit at the Camino De los Mares Round Table Pizza - worst experience ever! I came in at 1:48PM and requested the lunch buffet. Even though I noticed that they raised the price ti $7.99, I proceeded to pay, only to find that there are 2 -3 slices of cold cheese pizza with what looked like BBQ sauce on them and the cheese all glazed up and hardened. I asked if they are going to bake any fresh cheese or veggie pizzas, and the guy told me that, sorry the kitchen is now closed, and that the pizza sitting on the counter IS fresh. When I asked for my money back and he pretended he did not understand what I said, because he changed his mind and went to make the pizza.I am familiar with Round Table as I frequently visit the Dana Pont location, awsome Salad bar and plenty of freshly baked pizza veriety. Staff friendly and excellent service.This dump is nowhere close! Save yourself the frustration and go to the Del Avion location.

I did not enjoy this place at all. It was 82 degrees in there. And the "all you can eat" was terrible. When we arrived there was no pizza so we asked them to put some out. Then when more customers arrived they also had to ask for more pizza to be put out. the people at the counter could barely speak english and talked very quietly. Just an annoying experience for my husband and I.
