You really don' t want to go their for dropping FedEx boxes, The employees their are very rude, One day I was waiting their, and their were 2 employee that they didn't see me waiting, they were throwing they boxes, like it's garbage, When I asked her why they are throwing the boxes like that, She answered don't worry it is not your box, I wonder really who hired those people, Non of them are nice, theirs only one young guy their w Iith their care. thing his new, that his nice, I drive now 5 miles more just not to have my boxes

complete waste of my time. I packed up my package and taped the label on, and the label was slightly bent, so she couldn’t scan it. and the lady wanted to act like she didn’t have the ability to type the numbers in manually, instead I had to go over to the self serve and pay for another label. The people who work here are NO HELP. I ended up just leaving, i’m already upset with fedex as it is, so in the future I will just be using UPS. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.

Higher rating could of been possible if it were not for the women that work there. I go to this a location often and if I ever need assistance and one of the ladies that work there are the ones behind the counter one thing always happens: no time, they have to take an order. Today, I went in to make 1 color copy - that's it. 3 copy machines were all in use. After waiting for 11 minutes, I asked the lady behind the counter if she could make me 1 color copy and her response: ohhh, I'd have to take an order, don't have time right now. Awesome customer service...really - thanks.

Horrible service from this location and the company in general. I had items delivered to my home. On one occasion the box was left and was damaged. I contacted the company to return it. They sent a request for FedEx to pick it up. FedEx said they couldn't find the home. I called for a second time and it happened again. I told the company to send me a label and I will drop it off at a FedEx location. Today I took the heavy box to this location and they said they couldn't ship it because the box was damaged. I explained and they said no. I called the 800 number and the person said they would send a damage investigator to my house. I replied that they can't seem to find my house even though they have delivered numerous times. I ended up paying to have them rebox it at the FedEx store. Horrible experience all around. Too many inept people working at FedEx.

Went in Sat at around 5 PM. One person manning the shipping desk, waiting on a customer. No other staff in the store. Someone in the office on the phone. I had several 16 page double sided half-sheet booklets I wanted printed, folded and stapled. After waiting several minutes, and the arrival of a second shipping customer, shipping guy suggested I use self service. I said I would need someone would help me figure it out. A few more minutes wait and office guy comes out to handle a disgruntled self service customer who was in the store before me. After a few more minutes' wait, I Ieft. Surprising that there was no staff--did I catch everyone on dinner break? Disappointing; I have had good service till now.
