I am so happy that I found this office. I was treated so kindly over the phone. When I entered there was parking available in the back where I felt my vehicle was secure. The ambiance in the office is very relaxing. Everything is nice, clean, and like new. I was able to sit in a very comfortable chair and watch the Kelly Clarkson show while waiting to be seen. The doctor that I saw was very attentive and high context. This is very much appreciated since I myself like a lot of information. Never once did I feel as if she was challenging me or doubting my truth. They had me in and out no problem at all. I had a representative even called me the day I had my appointment to ask if I wanted to come in earlier since they had availability. Confirmation was through text messaging. A good photo was taken, it was shown to me for my approval. I received great customer service from the receptionist Jamie. They have a new customer for life. I will never return to the previous clinics I had in the past. My renewal was for two years. Receive confirmation from the state today that my information and my transaction had gone through. They did all the paperwork for me. All I have to do is explain my pain since I brought in my medical paperwork. Thank you and I will be talking about your company to everybody. Thank you doc for making me feel comfortable and allowing me to have a pleasant experience.

Go somewhere else! I started my horrible experience by setting an appointment. They where to text me the addresse because they offered it, but they did not send it. So I found the place from Google, no big deal. Then I had people taken before me while I waited after my appointment time... All was good with exam. Payed $300 to get all the paperwork done for me so I would have it emailed to my friday. Friday comes around get 2 of the 3 emails but no card. Called like I was instructed by them and they just said call back Monday. So I call back Monday and they tell me to call another number and fix it myself. Very unhelpful once a problem has occurred. Blamed everything on someone else and wouldn't take accountability for not delivering what was promised.

Very happy to find Dr Price. I thought I was going to have to drive to back and forth to different locations to get my new card but this clinic does EVERYTHING!!!! In about a half hour my appointment was done. He did all the paperwork for me including my application to the state. Highly worth going to this doctor and the cost was fair for everything he did for me. Easy 5 Stars!!!!

What a great experience!! And so easy. Very impressed that it was a Medical Professional office. I was seen by both Doctors for an evaluation and the certification in one office, one appointment which was extremely convenient. Both Doctors were very professional and concerned about my pain and helping me. The office staff was very informative about the process and what to do once I receive my card. I felt comfortable and taken care of. I had shopped around and found this to be the cheapest MMJ clinic in my area. Highly recommend using their services for an easy experience.

I made an appointment initially because after doing some research I found this facility to be the most affordable in attaining my Medical Marijuana Card. I was even more impressed by how quick and efficient the entire process was! I got the card in the mail super quick! Thanks for being so customer service oriented I’ll be back next year!

Getting your Medical Marijuana Certification can be a daunting task. I know it was for me. I was worried about everything. Then I came here. two Doctors handled my case professionally, explained to me proper use and did all of the paperwork for me. It was a lot less scary than I thought it was going to be. Couldn't recommend these people more to anyone that is suffering from chronic pain or something else and was wondering how to get their Certification accomplished easily and affordable. This would be the place to go.

I have to say, my experience here was absolutely fantastic. They really went above and beyond for me! I have been thinking of making the jump to obtaining my card for awhile but was always intimidated about the process. They walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and were super patient with me. They also gave me a fantastic discount and went out of their way to accommodate me even when I was late for my appointment! If you are even thinking about getting your card or maybe are unsure if you would even qualify, come here and they will take the time to go over everything with you. I’m so glad I went here rather than any of those “chain” Doctors offices!

I had a wonderful experience here. I found these guys from just a simple google search. They where upfront about how the whole process worked. They where able to answer all my questions and concerns. The staff was super helpful and made the process very simple. They where even able to get me an appointment the next day after I called. I definitely would recommend this place.

The employees here made a hard process super easy. I was in and out in about 30--minutes and got my card shortly after. They literally took care of everything, even medical records and dealing with the state. I am so thankful for these great people and would recommend anyone! Wish I would have known about them sooner!

Out of All the Evaluation Clinics I have been to VALLEY WIDE, The Marijuana Doctor in Scottsdale is by far the most proficient and customer service oriented in the valley. I have chronic back pain that, on some days, does not allow me to get out of the bed in the mornings. Thankfully the employees here made applying, easy, fast, and thorough. Every other clinic I went to was sloppy and highly lacking in customer service compare to The Marijuana Doctor. I was out in no time, which helped me receive my med-card faster than ever! If you are in need of medicinal care, it is a MUST to see these professionals. They get the job done right and make it easier for the customers.
