In my opinion, if a delivery wait time will exceed 90 minutes, the customer should at least get a courtesy call heads-up. I had to call for an update after 90 minutes only to find out it would be 2.5 hours! This place is normally very professional and their couriers are respectful, but that is outrageous. I will be using other delivery services, which I am hesitant to do simply because this shop is usually quite efficient.

PLEASE check the herb you RECEIVE after you decide what FLOWER to purchase from their selection on the floor. I went there a second time (after purchasing an oz for almost $600. The flower I received did NOT look like anything from what was on display. I even had the bud tender lady grab me a jar of what I wanted from the their stock and compared it to what was on the floor on display. It looked NOTHING like what was on display. Looked like mids to be honest with you. I asked the bud tender lady and she looked like I had caught the company cheating. Not going back unless they change this.

Used to be a really great place to go to get pretty nice bud, (although never was cheap/inexpensive)...but not lately! They cannot be relied upon to carry the same strains or even the same good vendors that you come to depend upon for consistently good marijuana. Most of their staff are not that knowledgable but will try to convince you that they are. At one time I would suggest this place to the few people who I knew used medical or recreational mj; no longer. I spoke to the "manager" Christina last evening and she acted like she knew what she was doing but nothing could have been further from the truth! When I told her the city I live in she recommended "free delivery"...well, it's not free (there's a $5 charge), they apparently take HOURS to deliver and I found out they DO NOT delivery to my city! They've had a HUGE turn-over in vendors for some reason so that would mean I'd have to rebuild my knowledge of who's a good grower or not all over again! The other thing is you are given the choice of either buying only a few low grade strains "by-the-gram" or stuck only buying 1/8 oz's...that's it for "flower"! I had two favorite strains that I had been checking on for several months only to finally find out, that grower's products are no longer available! Christine essentially led me on a wild goose chase and was unreliable in general for product and services information!

MedMen is the Best, because they have employees like Aric, who helped me for an hour set up my account and place the correct order for delivery. He is a true asset to your Dispensary and its because of him that I have referred family and friends to MedMen in Santa Ana. I will continue to do so.MichaelA very satisfied customer

I. Love. Lucy. I'm sure she gets that all the time purely for the reference, but on a serious note she was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to answer pretty much every question I had. She was very chill and down-to-earth, and was just real with my wife and I. She had excellent suggestions for what we were looking for.Madmen is also a whole 'nother level of dispensary compared to our previous experiences. As Lucy said, "We're the apple store of dispensaries." I whole-heartedly agree. Their selection of flower was the biggest I've seen, it's got a nice modern but comfortable vibe, and it was a wonderful experience to get our product there. Everyone was very helpful, but also knew when to leave you alone so you could 'play' and shop at your own pace. Overall, I'd say this is the best place to get your fix. On top of the amazing experience here in Anaheim, they're a chain, so we've got one closer to us down in Vegas (they informed us of this). I see many roadtrips in our future thanks to the exceptional staff and upkeep that I hope is consistent across the board.Thank you folks at Madmen! Give Lucy a raise or bonus or something! And for those who've read this far, I hope you have as great a time as us here(:

I really like the atmosphere and overall look of this place! It feels open and inviting and stress free. The workers here have been very helpful and friendly; Alexsander, Josh, and Michael to be exact. Layla (or Kayla, not sure, just know her name ended in -la, LOL) was also really cool to talk to when she checked me in at the front. They were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining things to me and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a safe, positive experience!

My friend and I just had an amazing experience here. First, the design inside and out is super cool. After checking our ID's, we walked in and met Lucy, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and gave amazing service. CBD is a great alternative to Rx drugs but there's a lot to understand about strengths, product types and manufacturers. Lucy made it easy for us, showed us the many options and helped us decide what would work best for each of our situations. We'll definitely be back.

stopped by this place last friday before hitting up Wiz Khalifa playing at the Five Points. nice location, big space. got a pax pod that was manufactured just in July, so really fresh. budtender, Mckenna, was sweet and great. she waived the atm fee since I had to use the atm because their debit card reader was acting up...that's how you treat your customers. Also, they give military discount...

Made a return to give these guys another chance especially since I was contacted by Joshua and he was super helpful and really made me realize there are some really great people still in the cannabis industry but I just want to be clear I've worked in shops that were not licensed and shouldn't have been open but we were polite and nice everyday for 15 hour shifts smiles and welcoming I didn't get that here today everyone seemed bored there was a worker leaving so I greeted nothing the girl who checked my ID was pretty nice but the manager who helped me was so dull and made me feel like I was begging for the deal promised also I asked about a brand I know and love and there was no enthusiasm at all dude I would talk and be positive about brands we carry or else we wouldn't carry them? Just sucks that medmen is a great place and they have amazing products especially the people behind the scenes but it's the faces we deal with on the daily that really hold it down and make people feel welcome guys not like we're bothering what work your getting done those 2 🌟 are for Joshua's excellent customer service would of been 5 if I got the same vibes at storefront

I love going to Medmen because employees are always quick to help, and most importantly they allow for a proper shopping experience by getting people inside and letting them observe product contents, etc. before making a decision. Today, McKenna instantly came to assist me and told me what the new products were. Wait time was minimal and service was excellent like always.
