Had a great experience here from the check in service and everyone who spoke with me at different sections of the store. So much information and checking on you to see if you need help or recommendations. This place makes you feel like weed is legal, compared to some of the other dark/anxiety ridden/sketchy/mean-hot-girl options I've visited nearby.They even offered to let me park my bike inside so I didn't have to sweat it getting messed with on the street, since there wasn't a bike rack within eyesight. Will def come back to this one.

This place has a friendly staff and a steady operation. If you know what you want and/or ordered online in advanced, you can get in and out fairly quickly. They have kiosk and samples on the floor so getting the information you need is there for you. Of course, if you cannot find the information you are looking for, there's plenty of easy to identify staff members in bright red shirts all around to assist you. Be aware that credit cards are not accepted but debt card are, and there is an ATM located inside. Be sure to ask about specials, you can find great deals that way. And everyone is laid back.

Dear Medmen,Having a cart with your online orders ready for pick up along with an associate, and their little mobile device with them at the entrance would be more efficient than having people line up for pick up mobile orders. Things got a little mixed up at first. I thought the customer service was the worst I’ve dealt with out of all of the MedMen. However they fixed the issue like a company with great customer service does. I thank them for that. 1 minor issue is they seem to have been out of everything I actually wanted but I was still able to get some great weed from them. Though a bit pricey compared to other places I’ve been to, MedMen is a great source for recreational weed.

Interesting, I've been to this location at least six times and on each visit 80% of the staff was new. Very friendly courteous staff however you should study your cannabis before your first visit because the staff never has any answers.Also they do not accept any tips.

Friendly staff, a great array of products, and a bright, light space. But though the staff never hurries you, they should ask more questions to be able to match you to products better.Remember to bring you ID as they check it as you enter.

Amazing place i felt very comfortable and helpful staff i remember when going to cannabis shop when everyone needed a Doc's Rec it was process in getting your card verified and or see if it valid and waiting forever when people in front you take their time to look 👀 and smell what we put in our body this awesome place has a wide selection of edibles and cartridges to flowers i am very impressed will recommend this my peeps to come here

First time here in LA so of course we had to get some bud! We stopped at MedMen and boy oh boy talk about first impressions. They have everything you can possibly think of. Lauren greeted us at the door, that girl knows what she’s talking about for sure. The smell sells but she knew all the details. We’re only here for a weekend but we’ll be back before we go. Thank you Lauren & MedMen! Amazing first experience! 5 stars in every way!

Parking is really bad needless to say so if you’re driving then you may have to leave your car out with the emergency lights on. However, on my most recent visit, their system was really slow and it doesn’t help when the employee themselves (Patrick) get upset; you already told me it was going to be a long wait. The employees don’t even have time to introduce you to their rewards system because they much rather check out all of the customers. MedMen West Hollywood is much better because there’s risk-free parking across the street it’s definitely worth the drive and I don’t believe I’ll be returning here even if I live less than 2 miles away.
