I submitted a request for delivery through their website. They called and confirmed it and told me it would be 2 to 4 hours. After 3 hours they called and said they're out of the particular product but they could replace it with something else but they couldn't guarantee the price would be the same. Under the circumstances I thought they would be more flexible. In either case, it didn't matter because they told me that was too late to reprocess the order for delivery the same day. To me it sounds like they might have forgotten or misprocessed the order and then fed me a lie to cover it up. It's bad business and they know it. They must think that since they have so many customers that they can afford to lose some and it won't matter but it will catch up with them eventually. I noticed in past reviews where this same thing happened to other people and the managers left replies for the customers to contact them in order to address the concerns directly. So it seems like they've attempted to redeem themselves here and there but obviously things don't get better. Their customer service and their business practices continue to be on the poor side. The bad reviews that say the same thing go on and on over time. These guys should really take a look at the way they conduct business and they should modify their processes. There's way too much competition to have to deal with this. These guys are not too big to fail.
