Feedback:

Horrible customer service. Horrible management. They do not communicate their new policies to their guest-facing employees and their policy changes practically daily. Their delivery is horrible, if they do not feel that the delivery is worth it, they just dont show. They need to understand that they are dealing with medical patients and for most, this is a necessity. If you place an order at minimum delivery requirements, you are put on the back burner and if they feel like getting to your delivery, they'll send someone out. Absolute horrible management and non-existent customer service. Best to go a different route until they learn some customer service and basic decency.
