Overall Feedback:
This place has great product but they need to step up their customer service skills. You would think they would encourage you to look around and be happy to answer your questions. Wrong! The representative (I didn’t get his name) but he was young African American gentleman, did not have the time of day and was incredibly rude to me and others. I would hope the manager and owners of this shop would take notice. You will quickly be losing a lot of business if you don’t treat your clientele with respect. Keep in mind, there are plenty of other shops to choose from.
