My 9 year old son smashed his fingers while he was at a store across the street from Med Express in Washington Pa. My husband drove over to Med Express to see if they could help him, they escorted my husband and my son back out of the building while his finger was dripping blood so they could call to make an appointment to come right back in the building. My husband did not have my son's insurance cards and they couldn't go off of a photo, so they said they would have to charge him a $125 to wrap my son's finger and all of this while my son is still bleeding. Not one darn medical "expert" cold even give him a freaking paper towel. This business is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never bring my child here again.

MedExpress is my go to for urgent care.I've gotten bronchitis since I was a baby,although in my 60's I've learned to manage and catch it at the upstart. I really appreciatethe P.A.'s listening to me & understandingthat rounds of different antibiotics theyusually prescribe first don't work, that thebronchitis ususally rebounds & that the Z-pak is what kicks it! Thank you for yourgood care.

The front desk was efficient, the nurse in the back was efficient , professional, and knowledgeable. The doctor was excellent . He was efficient and very professional and explained everything. I was given medication and I am much better.Thank you to everyone at MedExpress! I would use them again !

I will do everything in my power to never use this MedExpress again. I was given wrong information by staff about billing and insurance which wound up with me being billed $250. Several calls to their billing department and customer care still has not resolved the issue. And to top it off, they treated my daughter for an ear infection, but her symptoms got worse after her visit. So we ended up taking her to our family doctor who found no signs of an ear infection and treated her for something completely different and she started feeling better the next day.

Horrible !! Simply needed a DOT physical. Haven’t had a problem for 10 years. I go here and they wouldn’t do it without papers from my PCP. Got those then needed a paper from the VA!!! Finally after an all morning ordeal I guess the lady Dr went to lunch or something. Male Dr. came in and passed me no problem. Didn’t even look at the papers I ran around all morning trying to get. Not sure what her problem was. If it wasn’t for my employer paying I would not ever ever go back here. It happened similar both times I went here.

Its been 2 weeks now that I have been sick. Thursday will be 2 weeks since I went to MedExpress to try and get some help to make me feel better. Walked in with nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, nose stuffed up, and sore throat. All they gave me was a nasal spray to say the least that didn't help or I would be better by now. Still have the nose and throat issues. You would think paying them 50 dollars to see me they would of done a better job. Will never go back there.

I came in with horrible pain. When I tried to tell the nurse & doctor my symptoms I felt as if they weren’t even listening to me, and they often interrupted, assuming that I was experiencing symptoms of a common cold. They did a culture and sent me out the door, telling me they would call me with results in 2-3 days. I asked the receptionist during the courtesy call (3 days later) if they had my results and she told me they don’t get results for 5 days. I waited over a week, still in pain, to hear from them and finally called them myself to hear my results.The professionals were rude and only cared about getting me out the door. I won’t be coming back.

I will never go here again last time I took my daughter bc she was screaming pulling at her ear they told me she didn’t have N ear infection next day she was 10x worse I took her to children express they told me we were lucky her ear drum didn’t explode. I went in today for a cold I have been fighting for two weeks they told me to keep doing what I was doing taking DayQuil and robitussin meanwhile I went in bc it wasn’t doing anything. They didn’t give me an antibiotic I went to myPediatrician today after I went to med express and they gave me the antibiotics I needed that med express didn’t. I will never take my daughter, my husband, or myself here again.

Only 2 people in the waiting room when we arrived. We’ve been here for an hour and my fiancé still has yet to be seen but you can hear the employees personal conversations through the walls. Complete BS. The young girl at the desk when you enter says “hi what can we do for you today?” Then after you explain it all she says is, “okay ID and insurance card”....no customer service at all.Physician finally comes in, doesn’t wash her hands, doesn’t ask what his name is, and is chomping on gum the entire time. He had to explain everything twice when she asked him questions like she wasn’t paying attention. Waste of time and waste of service. Could’ve had better care and treatment somewhere else. I work in healthcare and would get fired for that kind of treatment to a patient.

This place is ridiculous, while there are patients in the waiting room waiting to be seen as I type this, 3 women behind the desk are talking about their flight and a bunch of random BS instead of taking care of people and doing their jobs. Every time I come here I get more irritated. Whoever manages this place needs fired along with half the staff.
