Feedback:

I was very dissatisfied with my flower arrangement!! When I placed the order over the phone, I had shared with the sales girl the circumstances behind us sending flowers to our good friends, and stressed to her we wanted the flower arrangement very special. She said given we were paying +$100, they would make the flower arrangement tall and it would be a statement piece. When I received a picture of the flower arrangement I has very disappointed. I sent the flower shop an email sharing with them my disappointment and included a picture. It's been 5 days, and haven't received an email response back from them. I gave them an opportunity to make it right, and they chose to ignore my email.
