I have always been a fan on this shop however last weekend my friend and I purchased a cartridge and it was defective and after about 2 days of use it started leaking out both the top and the bottom and also into my pen. When we brought it back they refused to exchange it because it was half way used but I’m not sure why they would expect it to be full if it is leaking out of both ends?? They have always been great with their returns however I was extremely disappointed since it wasn’t our fault that it began leaking from all ends. The girl offered a 25% off discount but they didn’t even have the same amount so we had to purchase half the amount for $6 less. Very disappointed.
