Feedback:

I had an awful experience with security, I understand it’s very busy with everything going on but to dismiss me and tell me that there were no mistakes when I waited 3 hours and other who came after me were accepted before me is unacceptable, i was only able to get in after an employee helped me, and then after the security guard proceeded to make comments about me asking him too many questions when it was them who forgot to call me, need friendlier security I shouldn’t be intimidated when trying to get my medicine
