Excellent customer care, the team is super friendly and care about the customer wants/needs, kudos to Linette (forgive spelling but she is my fav) and Claire (okay, can I have two favs), I mean everyone at VeriLife are super helpful and just nice people. The selections are pretty good, prices are comparable to other dispensary prices and large storefront. But one drawback for me, its always hot when I go, so they need to adjust the temp because I have been twice and both times it was super hot to the point where my bud-tender made a comment to the Manager. But other than that I have a blast whenever I go to VeriLife, lol.

After a week of 'soft open' hours I joined Veralife for their official grand opening. They had vendor and patient care representatives on standby and the whole process was enjoyable and the staff knowledgeable. A wonderfully clean, modern aesthetic and comfortable waiting area rounded out the comparable pricing, engaging patient care reps and considerable selection. The menu was detailed and my only complaint is that I wish they detailed CBN, CBG, and CBC as well as the information provided. I will definitely be applying to work here and be a part of this cohesive team.

Out of the many dispensaries in Rockville, I go to this one most often. All the employees are friendly and up beat, amazing what a staff of smiling people does. They have a great inventory of good cartridges and the staff aren't afraid to share their experiences with you. And if they haven't personally used that product they say "I haven't tried that one yet," instead of the whole fake "its the best" or just out right lie about it like a few other places i have been. The staff i have talked to are very knowledgeable of cannabis and the products they sell. Great weekly sales posted every Sunday which clearly say what they have going on and emails for flash sales or events. This shop seems much more concentrated on patient interactions. The staff seem genuinely interested with patient opinions and experiences, and they actually recommend products off of those.Im happy when I walk in to Verilife and still smiling on the way out thanks to the great staff.
