The service needs some refining, for sure... Over 2 hours and 45 minutes it took. On the phone I was told that it would be an hour/hour and a half, i told them my city they confirmed that they could deliver to me, asked for only my i.d. and my order. They told me that I would get a text update soon. An hour and a half later, I text, asking for an update, they responded several minutes later asking for the address, which I promptly sent. Driver arrived 40 minutes later . Phone service was professional, courteous and helpful , delivery guy was super friendly, product, however, was mediocre, at best. Pretty dissapointed in the $30 js and almost double the quoted wait time.
