I've been trying, when I can, to support small local businesses rather than ALWAYS just clicking away on Amazon or patronizing big chain stores. So it was a pleasure to find Medicine Man just a few blocks from home, and even closer to my doctor's office. It's a neat, cozy little shop with very friendly and helpful pharmacists and a nice selection of merchandise. Prescriptions are usually ready in just a few minutes, which is a nice change from what I'd become used to. I believe they also deliver, which is reassuring to know in case I get sick and need something.

This is the best pharmacy we've ever used. My daughter left home for college and is using this pharmacy, they have been very helpful to both of us!

This place is fantastic!Staffed by nice, knowledgeable people who are willing to take the time to help you.CVS used to take a half hour to fill my prescriptions, Medicine Man takes a couple minutes. I've lived in Hoboken for quite some time, and always went to the local chain drugstore pharmacies to fill my perscriptions. Without fail, there was always some ridiculously long wait, or they couldn't find my 'auto-refill' perscription, or they had computer issues, etc. I happened upon Medicine Man, and after meeting Alex, transferred over every perscription I had. I've never had filling issues, never had a ridiculous wait, I receive texts when my perscriptions are ready, they follow-up if my refills are getting low AND - perhaps the icing on the cake - when I walk in, they know who I am. I don't feel like just another insurance number. If you're questioning about changing over - do it!
