We signed up for the tour. It was definitely not worth the $40. They walk you in and show you a few plants and then you're back out the door while some woman in scrubs is yelling about you for looking at the plants. The dispensary was pretty good, I liked the selection.

I got to be honest. I was extremely dissatisfied at this visit. I got the choose any 5 rights special and on the spec ops 3. Was extremely dry and brittle .I wasn't fresh this isn't the only time that this has happened. This happened about 3 months ago and I hadn't visited Med Man again until today. I think I'm a fair critic of goods and services all around the country being that I love the customer service and hospitality. But the products just aren't making the grade. Receiving this product in this state is no good to me because I like freshness along with presentation. I also had sever pieces of trash in the Tangerine strain that I selected. That look liked strings of confetti. Almost as if I been duped. I travel here and have visited this location numerous of times but this visit drove an even bigger wedge between me patronizing this location again. Sorry but it can be better on the product. Maybe I will try again later next year but I'm done purchasing with Med Man

I freaking love this place.!!! Marleana is amazeballs. She took good care of us multiple times and she really knows her stuff !!!! I will come here every single time I find myself on this side of the country.!!!! Great customer service and good quality for really good prices.!!!! Yes, yes, yes.!!! We also got helped by this other older gentleman but he just wasn't as helpful. Very thankful for finding her a second time.!!! Woot woot

Love when a place is able to hire employees who are incredibly passionate, knowledge, and service oriented. You can tell this is a great place to work by the demeanor of the bud tenders. They really hooked us up and sent us of with good vibes. The bud tender realized a second late we may have given him an extra twenty and went ahead and recounted the drawer to check. It turned out we had given him an extra twenty and he gave it back with an apology.Sweet selection and service to match!

This place is great, and I've been to dozens. All of the staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Even the guards are helpful. James is the best! As a medical member, everything is so inexpensive. If I had a complaint, it would be that sometimes the wait is long, but I never come when my time is tight, so it's a non-issue for me.
