The employees were very understanding about listen and answering questions about what is good for pain and showing and explains what each product does and the effect it has on you. they didn't rush to get you out the way or have an attitude because you were asking to many questions with that being said I will continue to come back very satisfied.

She really is the best and I will make sure not only recommend this specific location but will always look forward to my trips out here to be serviced by her. Today, I visited two dispensaries and walked out but I couldn’t walk away from the outstanding cust. service and overall greatness of this dispo.A lot of bud at other dispensaries is totally dry but the bud i bought was just right. The prices are very agreeable with a nice point systemShout out to Jordyn and all the staff at Medicine Man for being great at what they do.

Please rethink your online ordering pickup process in the store, possibly going back to curbside pickup. The point of ordering online is to get in & get out of the store as quickly & conveniently as possible - more quickly than someone who just walks in to buy something at the counter w/o pre-ordering. Instead my experience has been waiting in the pre-order pickup line as I watch customer after customer who had not pre-ordered come in AFTER me & get rung out BEFORE me because a pre-order customer ahead of me wants to add items to their online order.Here is how I have seen other stores handle this situation: If a customer who has ordered online then wants to add something to their order, their online order is rung up and then the customer is asked to move to the non-pre-order registers to purchase their other items. This way the pickup line keeps moving smoothly for the convenience of those customers who had the foresight to pre-order. What this does is it deters those customers who regard the online ordering process as simply a "FastPass" to the front of the checkout line (they'll order something small & inexpensive online, then when they get to the online pickup register they'll fill the rest of their order at their leisure).I know it's out of the cashiers' hands if the customer has a question that requires an elaborate answer ("What does THC & CBD stand for & how will they affect me?" No joke. In the pre-order pickup line), but other situations can be avoided and streamlined a bit better.And the cashiers were not wearing masks.Thank you.

This is my boyfriend’s main spot. He finally started taking me here for the Black Friday deals which extended all the way to New Year’s. I am thoroughly impressed with the stock they carry and the pricing is awesome- especially on concentrates; $20 OTD and good deals on buckets. But the real reason this dispensary stands apart from the rest is the atmosphere and, more importantly, the staff. Every time we come here, we are met with knowledgeable budtenders who are always excited to tell us the deals. I want to single one employee in particular out; Jordy. If you don’t know her by her insanely addictive personality, you know her by her beautiful eyeshadow and black hair. She was the most delight to shop with. She knew her stuff, she understood that we knew ours, and she hit the points that were important to us. She hooked us up with every discount she could and tried to get even more for us. She is the reason to visit this store. 5/5!!!

I drive from Littleton to come here - I've been an off and on regular here since 2015 and through all my transitions from flower to carts to dabs and back again this store has been AMAZING - you will struggle to find a more knowledgeable staff and product quality is top notchAdmittedly, Med Man can be a little slow to respond to market trends and price changes but they are TREND SETTERS in so many areas I dont mind paying a little extra Be sure to check the deal days - Wild Card Wednesday is my fav 😎 Smoke On Med Man, don't listen to them Tegridy TooLsUpdate: everytime I 5 star you I get screwed by a budtenders oversight - luckily I keep ALL RECEIPTS AND DOUBLE TRIPLE CHECK THE TRANSACTION EVRYTIME - DO BETTER!!! I can’t afford to come back for your employee(s) mistakes!!!!!

I've been to quite a few dispensaries, and I'm really rather forgiving. Customer service was just bad. Dude either didn't wanna be there, or didn't care about what he was doing - same story it seemed with the other two employees. Paid WAY too much money for the quality. They sell their stuff in prepackaged tubes by the 1/8th. I bought an ounce, so now I have eight of these little plastic tubes running everywhere and he DOESN'T EVEN STAPLE THE BAG. I'm pretty sure that's an issue? So now I'm wrangling loose jars in my car. Get home, do my thing and immediately get hit with a seed. Then another. Then another. I've pulled more seeds out of this stuff, then any other place, and I actually paid MORE for it. I will absolutely be telling everyone I know to steer clear. And if they do go, to bring a stapler.

If you like seeds and dried out, poorly grown weed this is the place for you! The past year the quality of their product dropped off the face of the earth. It is almost unrecognizable as weed honestly. Second time I have bought at least 50 bucks in product and just not even smoked it because it was THAT BAD. I got better weed in high school, in Virginia... nuff said.

This place used to be great. Affordable, decent quality, good strains, great service. Last time I was in this facility the budtender was not helpful, he assumed I knew exactly what I wanted when all the strains had changed. What disappointed me most is the quality is not as good and the price jumped to 50$ more an oz. Which brings me to about 170$ out the door And that is on the day they sell them for daily special. Just disappointed. Lots of seeds. Save your money and try lightshade down the street. They have better quality and service and much easier on the pocketbook.
