I went in to see a Dentist because I was in horrible pain but had took pain meds about an 1hour prior to seen them so my pain was tolerable, the staff was great, however the dentist took one look at my tooth that I complained about and said he seen nothing wrong in the x-rays or my tooth, even tho I kept telling him it hurt, so I went to a different dentist and he was shocked that I had a severe infection that had spread to the bottom of my mouth and was surprised it hadn't spread to my brain. He of course fix it and disinfect it sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds. The medical side is always fast and no complaints there, but dental side will never go there again he didn't know what he was doing.

i know theres slow times always is wherever you go but staff and doctors are outstanding and since most ppl are hurting when there are reviews take it with a grain of salt. staff has never failed to call back or help or do whatever they need to . i left keiser cause while they were effecient..... there was no personal time nor do they care about anything other than giving pills to get you out the door i love this place and am glad its in olivehurst

Usually, they are quick getting my kids in with the doctor. depending on the volume of people in the waiting room. Be ready for a wait if you have to come here. I've had issues with a couple of their front desk staff being unprofessional, rude, and overstepping their boundries. I had to speak with one of the front desk staff supervisor for getting personal and being completely out of line. After countless incidents with rude doctors and other staff members I switched clinics. This is the worst clinic in yuba and sutter county.

I have been seeing Dr. Kolli for almost 2 years now (back, neck, hips, migraines etc.) and he has been a life saver! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a chiropractor, including pregnant women! I saw him throughout my entire pregnancy and it is truly amazing the difference he was able to make for me. He even has a super comfy pregnancy pillow and a great massager that were SO helpful throughout. And to top it off, he even adjusts babies!! I am so thankful to have found this doctor.

Called the office and cancelled and rescheduled an appointment. Next two days I got reminders about my (cancelled) appointment and then got a call about a no-show on the day of that appointment. Then my son called to do the same thing. They set him a new appointment and also left the old one in place. Now he has to take time off work or get a no-show. Then he got to the office for the first appointment and waited over two hours and was never seen. Not sure what's going on but if I performed my job like this I'd be unemployed.

I've been going to Dr. Alamshahi for years and he is great! However the front desk staff is a joke. They lost my son's file with his financial/personal information when he was applying for the sliding scale, they are rude and somewhat incompetent. I hate scheduling appointments and dealing with them in person. If you can get past the idiocy at the front desk, you will be happy with the doctors.

I can't move and i get hung up on everytime i try to call. Is this place a comedy showcase? I would love to see a doctor.If anyone knows a facility, let me knowThis place is beyond a joke. I could list a hundred things wrong with Ampla, to make it simple - RUN!!!! Do not go here. If you have a physical needed or a headache, go to Urgent care or the ER.You've been warned.

If I could rate this place a zero that is what I would do at least the dental side. My son needed to be seen and there was a problem withmy insurance and I didn't have cash on me so they would not see him. I went to the bank and got the original amount they asked for and then they flat out treated him badly plus now they want another $80. And for what we paid for the visit and all that they did was 1x-ray and write a script plus complain that I had yelled at them to my kid. I'll have my insurance worked out in the next day or two. I hope the supervisor of this place sleeps well at night I will never understand such an attitude toward someone who is doing there best to get their childs need taken care of. She's a real loser!

My 88 year old mother has had a very difficult time finding a doctor. I got her an apptionment at this facility with dr valrey. It took over an hour to see him even with an appointment. He was rude, dismissive, abrasive and told her she was wasting her and his time. She was so upset by the way she was treated by this horrible person she was crying as she told me the story. I will file a complaint with as many associations as I can find. Starting with Ampla health corporate office.

This review is for the chiropractic services or lack thereof. I don't know about the readers of this review but in general I feel people requesting to see a chiropractor are in pain. I have severe back pain and decided to seek help. I was told to arrive at 1:15. I sat, in a straight back chair, until 2:20. Sitting is very difficult for me. I watched every single person in the waiting room go in to see their doctor while I sat in increasing pain. Granted I know not everyone in the waiting room was there to see Dr. Kolli but come on. Not too long after I checked in I heard one of the front office staff say, "Are you ready Dr. Kolli?" Obviously the doctor was in. Anyway, I hobbled out at 2:20 not being seen nor did I receive a call inquiring why I had left. I will never make an appointment with Dr. Kolli again.
