Perfect location. Hop on hop off hop on hop off. You gotta love the Bay everything is just a bart away. Although honestly I started to come here for the sole reason that this is easiest place for me to get to that carry’s Bakked Dabaratus. That’s for sure the best product if you want to purchase 1 item that covers it all. I fill a cartridge with 1/4 leaving the rest for dabs lacing rolling papers and to put on tootsie rolls Or in my drink. That being said I now coming back to try out some flower options which is something I normally don’t bother with from the dispensary’s and yes I did write this review for the 10% discount on my next purchase but if I had a bad word to say trust me I would. Awesome service, very quick even if there is a line. They do require some social distancing practices before and while you’re in the store. A wide variety in their menu, especially their capsules and edibles, which are what I usually go for. Make sure to order ahead cause they have special deals online sometimes. Employees are super nice and helpful, you can ask them about what you’re buying and more. Conveniently just down the street from Bart but there’s street parking in the area, especially during this time

Great selection and customer service, 5 stars on that front.Did not honor coupons for delivery (I had $30 and 10% off for this review), and no warning that they are for in-store only. With COVID, I would expect some leeway. Removed a star for that.

Yoooo first time ever ordering online and man ya’ll made it so easy for me, at first i was worried about tracking the driver to see if he/her its on its way but its easy and i love the fact that ya’ll send a text for when its getting packed, ready and on delivery and shout out to Elijah (if i said it right) Dude is chill and super nice. Good job to all of you. Def gonna buy from you guys again.

NO stars. paid for $150 worth of product all stale and crunchy. i requested the packaging date be closest to todays date and they gave me product packaged months ago. i called and spoke with manager nicholas in regards to rectifying the situation- he said nothing can be done. they won't credit or exchange. dont give them your business. trash product and horrible management and customer service.

Staff is great. The service is awesome, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The service is great.The marijuana flowers are a bit overpriced for what it is. I have gotten a lot of seeds in the last purchases and I've asked friends and they have the same experience.

I saw a 20% off coupon for first time customers so I placed the order and went to pick it up. I arrived and the woman at the counter told me that coupon wasn’t valid because it was an offer advertised on a website that wasn’t endorsed by MediThrive. I saw they also had a 20% off order for posting a google or yelp review, so I asked about that. She said I’d need to go outside to post the review, then come back for the discount, so I went out to post my yelp review, waited in line again, then went back in. She then told me that I needed to post to google AND yelp to get the discount. So I’m outside the store AGAIN, waiting in line AGAIN posting this review. I would have given 5 stars, as this place seems great, but this is a lot of runaround to put a first-time customer through. I probably won’t return because of it.

Medithrive has not been my "home dispensary", but may be developing into that. They are always so friendly and helpful and efficient, and offer a variety of specials on a regular basis, allowing one to purchase or try products and expand one's palette. Their website doesn't always work like it's supposed to, but I would defintely recommend them!

I pre-ordered online and within 10 minutes I received a text that my order was ready. When I arrived there was one person waiting outside. A security guard checked my ID and verified that my order was ready. After waiting a few minutes I entered and was greeted by a pleasant young woman who took my cash, gave me my change and indicated a box that had a bag containing my order. I don’t think it took more than 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning in the future.
