From my own experience. This is what we call a goodwill. It's a second hand shop that pushes the overstock other places cant sell at mark ups because people will pay it. It's sad to see places like this around. Basically a cash grab front for people that dont know much about the culture. Probably wont last long once a competitor moves in with a better understanding of how to operate and source product from an actual local source. Sad thing is by then they'll have made their money.

Website wasn't clear on a daily limit (250mg). Big bummer for a collective order and having driven almost two hours. Had we known, we would have done two individual/ly orders. Staff was friendly enough. Not visible from road and where you're asked to park. Obvious by everyone else walking across it with their little yellow orange bags to figure out where to go. Line went quick on a Tuesday.

I was rung up by Jeffery. I inserted by debit card to make payment, Jeffery said “ It didn’t work” So I inserted a different card and it went through. When I left my bank statement shows I was charged on both cards. I hope this was an accident? Sunnyside owes me $123.00

POST COVID-19: Customer service was great. All online ordering, so make sure you place your order at the top of the hour (ex: 10 am, 2 pm, etc). Pick-up was effortless. Got what we wanted. Items I wanted were in stock. Only flaw is price, but it is what it is. Debit card was accepted unlike other legal states. Overall good experience, don’t let the other reviews turn you away.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, but can you please add the strain names on your menu for the High Supply flower. Yesterday I bought the High Supply Indica shake and was very disappointed with it. The strain of the shake is Katsu Bubba Kush. It has a really harsh taste and full of small immature seeds. I would of bought something else if the menu had the strain names of the High Supply shake and popcorn.

Don't bother unless you literally have nowhere to be ALL DAY. You guys need to invest in a better ordering system; I tried for 4 hours to place an order online. Demand is so high that you have to order at the top of the hour and hope to have your order placed. BUT every time, the site kept dumping my order cart and I had to scramble to search for and reselect my items. Did this for 10 minutes, and by time it stopped dumping my cart items, the ordering window had closed and I'd have to wait another HOUR just for a CHANCE to order. Tried to call, but they aren't accepting calls either. Drove up to see if we can settle it in person and just told to keep refreshing the website until it lets me order. This is not a good way to run a business. If you're that busy, consider making it an appointment based system or where you can be placed on a waiting list instead of using an online order system that can't handle the amount of business you're getting. The entire venture was a waste of time.

Was one of my favorite dispensaries to visit on ALMOST a daily basis, as I am from WI. After the way you guys shunned all of your "valued customers" yesterday with no explaination at all, after waiting in line for an hour... I will never ever spend another dime of my money with any Sunnyside dispensary. Don't let them fool you, they don't care about anyone's wellness but their own greed. Sincerely, the patient who yelled "F*** you" as you guys turned me away for my medication.

Waste of time and money. I understand that the current situation is difficult, but their automated phone call system doesn't offer any callback option, it just hangs up on you. I'm calling to see if they have more product than is shown on their site because the selection is virtually nonexistent. Probably since they chose to reopen to non-medical patients in the middle of a pandemic. Probably lots of money to be made, but it shows they don't care at all about the medical patients that made that store what it was.I see the wait times are insane now, don't know why they'd advertise on Google how long the line is. This place has gone wildly downhill ever since Cresco bought it out and gutted it. Hard to believe a dispensary could go from one of the best in Illinois to borderline dysfunctional, but here we are. Save your money and time, Mapleglen is way better now.

Ever since 4/20 they can't stock up enough flower and prerolls even for medical users. Time to change the laws and get weed suppliers from out of state. Lived in Colorado for six years and they never ran out of flower and prerolls. Plus the price gouging is ridiculous. Medical ounce in Colorado was usually around $120 for top shelf product and you could smell it and check it out so you could if it was dry or mostly stems. Just a money grab in Illinois.

As for the quality: 3 of 4 8ths were just fine. Not the prettiest or tastiest stuff, but plenty potent. 1 8th was disappointing. Only tested @ %13 and smoked like really good mids. Basically every dispensary in the state deserves 0 stars on account of barely having any product at this time except for $90 (%30 tax) half-gram vape carts. Cresco finished a huge growhouse expansion a month ago, so hopefully the supply situation will get better soon: "Due to our phased construction schedule, our first harvests from the additional capacity recently occurred and they will bring limited incremental supply to market toward the end of May and significantly ramp up through Q3"It's going to be a bit before the THC/$ and availability of the legal stuff in Il is anywhere near competitive with the black market here or the legal market in Cali etc.
