Sorry for not including the explanation. After visiting many dispensaries, Seven Point is still one of the better dispensaries to find "hard to get" products in Illinois, however, some front end staff seem less knowledgeable in products and it's medicinal purposes as opposed to others. On top of this I have had a few instances that I've had to call in multiple times to make a request for a menu to plan out my trip when it should be a one call ordeal. Also there are times that the dispensary agents push certain products instead of listening to my needs as a patient and end up looking like sales people trying to get their quarterly incentive which is not attractive as a patient trying to alleviate my symptoms instead of looking for a quick high.At the end of the day I do not mind coming and making purchases at Seven Point, however, it also kind of upsets me that loyalty points that I have obtained from previous purchases cannot be redeemed all at once which hinders obtaining medical supplies during emergencies.

Absolutely love coming here! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they have great specials and loyalty program. I always recommend Seven Points whenever possible.

Menu has quite a variety of products and flavors to meet everyone's needs. Staff is knowledgeable about the product and clients also share their experiences with different varieties and strains. Prices are high to me but then again I dont have much experience with this as it's new to me.
