I went there 25 mi driving to find out IF I AM QUALIFIED for smokable flower cannabis. I was told: NO!But I was! I found out when calling Florida Marijuana web site.So I drove 50 miles for nothing - except that on my way home I stopped by at the other dispenserie SURTERRA on Flagler and I bought my products there. MEDMEN didn't want to answer my question by phone: "stop by here in our shop"... Bin there, got the wrong information and had to leave with empty hands (although I was qualified to buy there!).Obviously people are unable to read the COMPLETE messages anymore. Not good for their communication and business.

MedMen key west is AMAZING! The only thing better than their medication is the staff. Brian and Dana helped me from my first visit and now know me on a first name basis and are all ways more than willing to help and answer any questions I may have! Thanks guys

Medmen is finally here. I went in today to try some vape carts- good quality product. I had a great interaction with Tory who helped me decide what I needed. When you go ask for Tory, she is ideal for the cannabis newbie due to her patience and laid-back demeanor. She can help you figure it out

Great looking new store and very upbeat staff.However, staff do not seem to be well informed about the ingredients or the extraction processes used. In store staff gave me some incorrect information (did not know that coconut oil is an MCT or medium chain triglyceride) and the lady who answered the phone had to go look up the information. Two other issues that are company related and not store related are the utter lack of information on the website about ingredients and extraction processes and the environmental impacts of their products e.g. too many disposable batteries going into landfills and the way the product is over packaged making more landfill contributions.
