I made my first visit today everyone was friendly and helpful i have no complaints with the staff the store is beautiful and welcoming product display is great with much needed info. My only concern is the price for the amount of product i think 86$ is high price for only 200mg of vape cartridge the product is great tho awesome taste and works fast for the 86$ price tag we should at least get 500mg but great experience overall thumbs up will recommend to others.

Boutique atmosphere. Druggie culture. Reminds me way too much of the quaalude scene of the 1980's. Mediocre products. Better quality to be had ordering online with much less hassle. Not recommended.

Madmen NYC is very professional. Pharmacists here take time to explain your options and staff is super friendly. From the moment I walked in through the door I felt like everyone was trying to help me. The store looks amazing, deffinately will recommend to everyone.

Friendly, helpful staff. More friendly and helpful than at another MedMen location I usually use. In fact, i had to travel to Manhattan because they had run out of calm pens at my usual place. No apologies, no discount offered to try to make that huge inconvenience sting a bit less. So i asked of they were in stock in Manhattan. Since they were in stock, I made the trip, adding around 20 to my weekly MedMen expense. I'm really glad I decided to do so! At the Bryant Park store, Jeleine heard my story and offered me a $10 discount to offset my costs. That was so cool, mainly bcs it showed She cared! You're awesome, Jeleine. You really turned my bad day around. Many Thanks! Today was my second visit to this store and I would definitely recommend it to everyone, 100%

Medmen has the best customer care staff. I went in and met the most precious chocolate sales girl named Jeleine. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about cannabis that it blew my mind. I asked her for the spelling of her name so I could include her in my review. As for Medmen they are ok with me.
