Recently went to MedMen in Kearny Mesa, me and my girlfriend knew what we wanted but we allowed the staff there to educate us on the particulars of their suppliers/growers to hopefully get the best they had to offer. The staff would not or could not recommend their best choice. Our parameters were that it was not a hybrid that it be a Indica strain and of course, a high THC content. As I said, the staff would not point out what he thought was best ( I can understand why this might be ) so we decided that we should definitely get what were looking for ( very intense Stony high ) if we purchased a Indica with a high/highest THC content. Staff came out with a "Presidential Classic" called "Moon Rocks". I smoked a joint, about 3/4 of a gram, by myself and realized that either another product was mislabeled or the label was misleading, I got higher off 1975 Meca back in the day then I did this. I immediately wrap it up along with the receipt and the following day tried to return it

I am new to the area and happened upon MedMen in San Diego. Not knowing anything about medical marijuana, I depend on knowledgeable people to help me find what I need. I am a total insomniac, if I get 4-5 hrs of sleep a night, I'm lucky.When I entered MedMen, I was greeted by happy, friendly people and walked into a store that is more like a pharmacy. Jeremy took me under his wing and gave me several options from which to chose. OMG! I can't even tell you how nice it is to sleep through an entire night!!! I have found THE PLACE & THE MAN! If you ever need help...with anything, don't hesitate to ask for Jeremy, he's kind and extremely knowledgeable. He will get you through!

I came to exchange a disposable vape that I bought yesterday because Heavy Hitters told me they have a great exchange program. They told me it was fine, and to go hit it a bunch of times to see if it is working. I know there is something wrong with it and it is 10 in the morning, I don't typically smoke at 10 am. So I will chalk the 30 dollars up to a loss and never come here again.

Very nice luxury design store. I love the set up and lighting from the moment you walk in. the products are very high quality. I just think its a bit overpriced on some items but most def will return. all staff was friendly.

Another successful trip to MedMen in Kearny Mesa.Issac was friendly and professional in answering all my questions about the products I was interested in. At no time did I feel pressured to quickly make a choice without feeling confident that I was getting the best product for my issues.I make several trips to this store throughout the year. I have also introduced several coworkers and friends to this location. It is safe, well staffed and the displays are great.I have replaced many of the prescription medications I formerly used for pain and sleep issues with CBD products with great success.

I had a bad experience with the gentleman, Bradley, who works here. He sold me something with the utter lie that it would last "about a month" and it was a disposable .3g. I was under the impression it was the same as the .5g cartridges I usually smoke However within less than 24 hrs the pen was out of wax. I returned hoping to get a new car due to his lack of truth, and complete negligence. The only thing they offered me was 15% off. I already get 15% off due to my veteran status. I will not be returning with any of my business.

A little salesy, pricey, and limited...but very prettily packaged. The people were nice, but I was in there for 10 minutes and spoke to 5 different people, asking if I needed help. Some cool things though are that they have their own brand, they have merch, and you can recycle the beautiful bag they give you on the way out, if you don't want everyone to know your business!

Favorite dispensary in California, hands down. I wish I could remember the employees name who helped me. He was SO incredibly helpful. Such a wealth of information.
