Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, but since they got bought out they are no longer honoring any of the old punch cards/store credit. That used to be half the fun of coming here. Still nice but it used to be much better.

I just had my first experience with level up the elevator at the beginning was pretty scary to be honest but after that level up was actually really cool they do something unique there where when you're buying flower they actually take what you're buying off the shelf and weigh it right in front of you, and not the prebaged stuff that you get everywhere else.for my first experience I walked out of there feeling like I got like a really sweet deal and I was happy with my experience. I was in and out in no time at all. They even went above and beyond so much so I don't want to get into trouble so put it this way I'm definetly going back. Maybe check out the card for life next

Poor quality meds and poor customer service. Their location is difficult to find and it's not handicapped friendly due to being upstairs. Their building elevator is like something out of a Halloween movie. The exterior of their building doesn't live up to the trendy interior. The exterior of their building is an eye sore and quite ugly. I wonder if they call it "Level Up" because it's literally on the second floor level? It's certainly not because of their quality, because it's terrible. It's a level down from other dispensaries in my opinion. I can't recommend this place. Honestly I would encourage readers to try another dispensary.

Strange first time customer special. Feels like a money grab. There shatter looked gross and dark and the buds were nothing special. Have fun paying for packaging and amenities. Oh, and the budtender i got had her nose so high in the air i could see the bats in the cave. Won't come back

I took My dad who is hearing impaired and can not talk also does not read so I usually translate evwrywere we go. Normally we run into all kids of problems especially because of his impairment. The staff were very helpful and very polite thank you for helping us to get his certification cardThank You so much?Also any questions we have they have no problem answering hopefully my husbands glasses are still there he forgot his reading glasses and he is getting his card as well. We drove an hour and it's very easy to get to, close to freeway and easy getting home. Don't mind the drive even though there is a Tempe location which I am guessing just opened up 2
