If they don't have what I need, I can signup to receive notifications of when an item is restocked so I don't have to keep coming in looking for it. They are very knowledgeable about what products work for specific issues you want to address; whether it is to relieve pain, calm the brain, or a stimulating strain. Trust their knowledge!

I watched this hispanic with fake blonde hair female employee be incredibly rude to a customer, assumed that he stole something because the other employee neglected to give him a bag and receipt. When she eventually checked with her other employee she got his receipt, didn’t apologize and then when he left shrugged her shoulders and said that he’s old so it didn’t matter.

If I'm being honest, I don't like that medmen is taking over the industry. That being said, I like their products more 😀I've found things there that I cant find in other states. Staff were nice, it gets busy on the weekends. Product gets expensive but that's hollywood. Cheers.

Phenomenal customer service and the Best in class products that are tested. Everything about the vaping scare is because of black market products using pesticides and other harsh chemicals. I can breathe easy knowing that all of medmen's products are tested and certified by California regulations. Why risk your life over some bunk weed on the streets laced with Chinese vitamin E laced fake carts.

Plenty of selections knowledgeable staff member with brands & products...this MedMen been our store for many years (medical days) Recently visited SD & AK locations and had a positive experience as well. I’ll definitely recommend anyone to any MedMen location for an amazing staff and consistent with products. Thank you !!

Rude, inattentive staff - and too many of them. And then, once you can get one's attention, when they are not loafing around and chatting, then you are followed and made to feel rushed. A point of sale discrepancy mishandled by a completely incompetent supervisor (tho two of them said they were supervisors before I got the apparent real one). Had to leave product - and my money behind, due to this point of sale issue - apparently I must have missed by seconds and should have just left without product or paying. Bad selection of weak products. A store motivated more by splashy marketing then delivering for the customer. Use AYOR.

I walked into this store, and I have to say that the level of customer service is incredible. Within the first 5 minutes I was approached by 5 agents. After walking around, I asked Cindy for some help. Although the store is packed, she took an hour of her time to answer each question that I had. She explained in detailed what each product did and throughout was amiable, professional and like a long lost friend. I love her and look forward to seeing her again. Ask for Cindy!!!

Elizabeth was stellar, she showed me everything in the store. Aaron and Lauren were also super helpful! And the door man Al, well, he is just a super nice dude!I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone in the area!

The staff is generally pretty friendly, though they can tend to be condescending. If you go in there knowing what you want it's a little annoying being accosted by sales people. My advice is to look at their menu online and do your research at home so you have a good idea about what you want or want to compare. Coming from Seattle where cannabis is treated like wine for a sophisticated genre, I get the sense that MM is preferring to dumb down the conversation. Just my two cents. It would really be great if their stock went up considering they are marketing themselves heavily as the Apple of cannabis. Not sure if that's a good thing however...
