Today I didn't go as a customer but still had to visit the establishment because I'm a City of Tallahassee employee who works on the water meters. Upon arriving and by the time I was parked there were several employees stand peeking out of the door and seconds later I'm being approached by security asking me why I'm there and why I didn't call before I came. I felt uncomfortable being approached in the manner I was because it was obvious that they didn't want me there despite it being obvious on my uniform and vehicle. If this establishment workers are this abrasive toward is customers I wouldn't recommend going.

I had a very good experience at this dispensary. As a relative newbie, some experiences can be intimidating. MedMen was not that way at all, and EVERYONE helped me at some point during my visit and impacted my decisions to get one thing or another. I had a ton of questions and Sarah, Ryan, Clay, Nastassja, and Rebecca were all ready with answers as I explored the store. Love the tablet displays, they are very user friendly. Love the statemade line; yes it's gorgeous, but even better it's a weighty disposable pen that feels good and the product is high quality. Thank you for carrying the 1g cart. Also: highly recommend the LuxLyte 1:1 lotion. I have tried several topicals and this is by far the fastest acting pain reliever I've come across. An all-around excellent location, staff, and selection.

I would have gave them a "0" if possible! This company just had 3 grand openings for "ALL" their new stores in Florida, I personally attended each of them, and not 1 of them had an "FLOWER" in inventory what-so-ever. Then, all the salespeople did nothing but try to sell everyone what they had in inventory, even though "NOBODY" really wanted that!!! Nothing but a big "BAIT & SWITCH" operation!!!

Med Men in Tallahassee were one of the friendliest encounters I've had! Maddie and Sarah helped me and even pulled out a strain list! It showed the THC/CBD percentages, and they were able to explain the effects and uses of each strain. They also have a wonderful variety of cartridges, and very competitive pricing. Trevor, the general manager, even offered a bunch of suggestions based off of the preferences I gave! All of the staff were knowledgeable, approachable, and overall very pleasant to talk to.Best dispensary in the area hands down, I would give it 6 stars out of ten if I could.

When I went to the store the other day for my first time, Re'ana was the best! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Any questions I had she answered them right away! I cannot recommend MedMen, and her, enough! Will be back!
