@NW BLVD LOCATION1 week Late filling RX — they claimed they couldn’t get ahold of my Doctor.When I called my doctor, they had no fax record or phone call record of the Medicine Shoppe having attempted to reach them. When I called today (7 days after originally filling) to check on the status and location of my RX was (I was VERY polite, said please and thank you multiple times) I was met with very rude, sassy, and disrespectful tone and words. Absolutely disappointed with how I was treated. I understand being stressed out and short staffed, hence my polite and patient words and attitude, but that is NOT an excuse for being rude to a customer relying on your service.
