Better than the Walnut Creek Location, but still surrounded by metered parking. I like Mr. Green Bubble almost as much as I enjoy i-Tea, they seem to have a different variety of flavors for teas, like Green Apple! 😋Its just a little more expensive than i-tea, its One of the reasons I switch between the two. Same kind of loyalty program, really kind and helpful accomodating staff. In fact, my most recent trip was during SIP, and I wasn't aware, only online orders were being accepted. But, the guy at the front door was really nice and allowed me to place a walk-in order and use an expired discount. I was relieved, since Piedmont is not close to where I now live. Another plus, its really close to parks and clean quiet walkable area's ! 😉 ;)

placed several orders with this location and the orders are canceled 30 to 40 minutes after the order is created, can't call the location since the VM is full and no one answers the phone.is this location closed?

This place is so popular, and I don't really know why. The music is extremely loud,the bathrooms are dirty, and the staff is rude. The fruit teas are good, but have no tea flavor and no real fruit pieces in them. Just artificial syrups. The milk teas are good, and the boba pearls are also good. Wish they had more tea flavor and more natural ingredients.

Almost five stars - reasonable prices and friendly staff along with a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Just wish the teas and milk tea were a little stronger. They often seem a little watered down - too little tea or too much water or milk? Nevertheless, glad to have them in this area or we'll have to go down to downtown to Yokee Tea, or to T-4 and i-Tea in Chinatown. A long line can suddenly form on weekend afternoons or when school lets out :)

I loved the friendly customers! The boba tea was delicious! As well as the garlic fries. They may have had a little too much garlic and were kinda sweet, but they were still delicious! I’m coming here again and recommending this place. You’ll have to drive around to find parking spots though. The music was nice and the seating. Good hangout for a small group of friends.

This place has great drinks but their food is alright. Their calamari is super good but a downside is that they only give you a couple pieces because the calamari has so much dough it looks like a bigger piece when it's actually not. So whenever I buy it, it's super disappointing. Their popcorn chicken is pretty good though. Also, I happened to lose something and I tried calling them multiple times to see if an employee had found it while cleaning. I've called 7+ times. Each time, it would ring and then go to a full voicemail box so I would call again. No answer for any of them. I would understand if it's a busy time but I'm calling when it's not. Despite that, they have great wifi and music. It's a nice place to hang out with friends or just work.

Really good boba tea, with lots of fruity flavors. They also have the BEST egg puffs, in flavors of Oreo, plain, green tea, and chocolate.(If you don't know what egg puffs are, they're waffles made with extra egg, and a little more sugar. They are shaped like eggs O. O. OO. O. O. Kind of like that. <--

I think the quality of drinks and food here are tasty...if they would only get my order right! I've been here 3 times and they always get my order wrong...1st time I requested no Boba, but got boba...2nd time I asked for mild chicken but got spicy...and this time I asked for a hot milk tea but got a cold one. Their place is not busy either...they did fix the problem each time but were unfriendly about it...tip: their drinks are very sweet so try ordering half sweet...anyway I give up...I'm not visiting this place anymore

This place is super great!It is always very crowded, and I can see why. The drinks are AMAZING! I come here a lot now, and usually get Rose Black Milk Tea with Boba, or Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. They also have good fruit jelly in mango and lychee flavors. They now have amber milk tea too!I came here to get 6 bubble teas for the teachers on strike. They made all 6 drinks very fast, and got the order all correct!I came here yesterday and got taro milk tea. I loved the flavor, and the pearls were so soft and delicious, but the texture was too thick and creamy for me. It is not their fault, because it is supposed to be creamy, but if you like more refreshing drinks like me, try another flavor.

Definitely the best boba shop in the Bay Area. I’ve been to nearly a dozen other boba tea cafes all around NorCal and this place is the best by far. Perfectly cooked boba, excellent flavors, fresh snacks, and friendly staff make this place wonderful. The strawberry rose green tea is my absolute favorite of any flavored milk tea out there and this is the only cafe that has it! If you find yourself in the Piedmont area and you’re thirsty or hungry, this is a must on your places to enjoy! My only issue is parking, there is no parking lot. But even if you have to walk a little to get here it’s still definitely worth it.
