I used them for convenience but rip me off so I have insurance just high deductible so I paid a lot for scripts but then I thought I met my deductible and they was charging cash price not running my insurance all the he money wasn’t going through my deductible so I called them and they said sorry you picked up already nothing we can do 🤬😡

I just recently switched to Meds in Motion Pharmacy to get my RX’s. They have been a great help to me. It is located in the same building as my doctors office, so that makes it very convenient. I get most of my medications through their mail order system and this has been so helpful to me. It just makes it so much easier to have your medications in the little packets with all your information on them, including the time that they should be taken, and now I don’t have to separate them out...it’s already done for me! The pharmacist and technicians who work there are very friendly and so helpful. I have been very happy with Meds in Motion and I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

This pharmacy is the best I’ve ever had. My medication is pretty pricey, they search out discounts that have saved me a lot of money. I’m pretty good about staying on top of my refills, the times I’ve gotten busy and pushed it off, they call to inquire if I’m in need of refills. It’s delivered to my or I can pick it up either way, very accommodating.

Doing business with Meds in Motion has been a very positive experience for me. They were able to get me the help I needed for two different eye drops my insurance wouldn't cover. And they're always on top of my refills. Not only that, but their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And if they say they will call you back, they always will. I am very pleased to have found them.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I've received from Meds in Motion! I had some issues with my insurance covering the medication my doctor prescribed. Skylar took time to call me and explain my options, worked with my doctor and the insurance company to secure an approved prescription, and finally followed up with me to inform me about the solution. Subsequent to this, Ty called me to follow up and make certain all is going well. Meds in Motion ROCKS!!!!! I won't be going anywhere else to get my Rx's! Thanks Meds in Motion!!!!!!!!

Best professional and caring employee s. Last week I came down with flu. I had to pick up a few prescriptions . My stomach was unsettled and had been vomiting. I had no one to go pick up my medicine. I paid for it over the phone and they brought my precrprescris out to my car. I appreciate the personal touch of kindness caring and prompt response . We don't see this very often. I will not change my pharmacy because of the personal and professional employee s.Thank youGinger Quick-Hunter

I've been using Meds in Motion for a few months now and truly think they go far beyond just basic customer service. They call to remind me medications are do to refill. They are always extremely knowledgable and helpful. But I suffer from several illnesses and live at the pharmacy sometimes, it seems. But they recently offered easy access lids for my medications and even offered an even easier way to get my regular medicines refilled. I can now have them pre-packaged, instead of filling a medicine box each week, for me and even mailed! This truly is incredible to someone like me. Convenience and no extra cost is a major thing for me. Thank you Meds in Motion for just getting better and easier every visit I make. The Salem one is where I go and would recommend it 5+ stars if I could.

My doctor recommended this pharmacy, since I was being robbed by my local pharmacy on my eye drops for glaucoma. I was willing to give it a try, and do not regret it for a second! Their prices are unrivaled, and shipping is fast. My meds are already on their way to me, and I am a happy customer.Update: they can also place your medication on automatic shipping! What's not to like?

I am pleased with the help and assistance provided by consultants in Meds in Motion.I am, however, confused and upset with the huge increase in cost of the one medication I have found that helps my vision & glaucoma. I am exploring other options. Due to the high cost (and jump in price), I may have to discontinue the medication.

The techs are all great here, but I wish they wouldn't rotate them so much! Please pick a solid staff and let them stay. In a place like this I feel it's important for clients and staff to be able to build relationships. We cannot do that with rotating staff! Secondly, the new "pharmacy manager" needs replaced immediately-NOT rotated, but flat out fired. She is not only rude and has a major superiority complex, but she has no compassion and makes up her own rules per client. When I called her out and told her what she was trying to do was illegal, she got mad and withheld my medication. I then attempted to file a complaint against her with this corporate office, to which they replied that complaints aren't allowed and pharmacists are ALLOWED to make up their own rules, despite the laws of the state. NOT COOL!
