If I could give this place 1 star I would, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! The front desk in incompetent. I called in for a refill on an inhaler and they said you have no refill so you have to come in. I pushed back because I was supposed to have at least 1 refill but no, someone with asthma had to come in during the worst flu season in years. So not only did I end up waiting for the Dr. for over an hour, I was told they had made the mistake and would give me my copay back, NOPE! I had to spend 45 minutes on hold in order to speak with someone plus they sent me a $30 bill on top of it. In a nutshell I had to pay $60 dollars for a visit I never should have had to make. And the best part, if you have the flu or want to speak to a nurse practitioner you have to wait 4 days, 4 DAYS! And a huge kudos to Mike for doing literally nothing to help me out. Way to give it your all man.
