*EDIT* I appreciate the consideration and recognition. I also appreciate the hospitality by making up for such mistakes. I change my review, for this is a genuine dispensary with genuine people who made an honest mistake and brought a positive resolution to my experience here. Proud of the staff! Thank you so much for being active on said review. So I bought an eighth and a gram the other day. The gram was not placed in my medical bad and received a call after I had left. Unfortunately, I'm very busy so I had to wait a few days later before I could go back and pick it up. Now they deny my missing gram and I lose money. Not planning on coming back honestly. I had an employee tell me the day I bought my meds, that I could come back and retrieve what they forgot to give me. Not good.

Love this place and Donovan is great! The mondobreath is wonderful for those with a lack of sleep issue. The Dr. Who is also awesome. Great prices, products, and People.

Please beware of this place. I was a LOYAL customer for coming up on 3 years and they completely screwed me on my purchase. I have had many issues with this place, however, i did look past it until today! They will short your order, I now am short on the medicine I purchased with them and can't get anything else until Sunday. The "supervisor" wanted to blame me for their mistake and make it seem like I have no clue what I am talking about or doing. I will not spend another penny with this Dispensary because of the horrible customer service and lack of consideration for what I purchased. Please be advised that you have been warned when it comes to being overcharged for concentrates and them not delivering on the full amount of your purchase.
