Very negative experience, during a crisis they offer curbside pickup which is nice, only problem is they took my order and told me the total and as i waited outside for them to bring it for 30 mins i watched them come and take other peoples orders and bring them their meds, everyone i tried to confront treated me like a vagrant even though i have spent a lot of money at this location being a regular customer, after this incident i will not be going back and i reccomend others not to go out of their way to visit this particular shop.

Such a wonderful place!! I won’t even shop around! I’m a loyal customer because they’re an honest and loyal company! They’re very friendly and everytime I go there I’m welcomed and told about the AMAZING DAILY DEALS!! (& you can sign up via text!!) Employees know what they’re talking about and have great prices!!! They even offer package deals that you can’t find anywhere else and you can’t beat the daily deals!! They stay fully stocked with fresh edibles that are amaziiiing! I can’t brag enough about the place! The options are literally endless! I walk out very happy with purchase every time!!

I was very skeptical the first time I went as I am all new places. The first time I went my bud tender was Sherry. She is very sweet, uplifting and knowledgable. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable with her hospitality. I am from the south. I got some flower and a few prerolls and some brownies. I tried the product I got and enjoyed it very much. They send you a txt every morning of their deals and a promotion. On the txt I saw they had patient packs. I went in a second time and I got one of them and loved everything I got. Went back today and got another patient pack. I got lucky and had Sherry again today. She was just as awesome today as she was the first time I stopped in there. They were out of something I needed for my patient pack. The owner, I feel so bad I didn't catch his name changed some of it around for me, so I could get what I needed for my medicine. I highly recommend this place if you want quality medicine for an awesome price and customer service that is OUTSTANDING.

I’m extremely big on consistency with great customer service and product. I really love being educated about products. This is what I LOVE about the Galaxy. I have not visited another dispensary in 14 months. Prior to my initial visit at the Galaxy, I was getting really sick from flower which I’d never heard of before in my life. I shared this with the owner only to discover I’d been ingesting MOLD!! Currently it’s like pre-vape days and all flower with patches, gummies, tinctures and rubs with the Galaxy having it all and the best strains and prices.Amanda, Sherry, Jessica, Jess, Lilee, Brianna, Andy, and Andrew are the best. AL, WALLY, and GARY are the BEST!VAPES ARE BACK!!!!!

This is the only dispensary I’ve been with for the past 14 months visiting no other. During my initial visit I was explaining to the owner that flower was making me nauseated. Al told me it was mold in the medicine I purchased from another dispensary. Sure enough I’ve been with my new family at the Galaxy every since then. Now being recreational and the vape cartridges are not on the shelves. They have the best everything as well as the awesome budtenders!Jess, Jessica, Amanda, Sherry, Lilee, Andrew, Andy and Brianna. Wally and Al are the Bomb and Compassionate staff I love!

This place was the tenth dispensary I've been to in the Flint area and my all around favorite. BEST prices by far, and great quality products, with a wide variety. Such a friendly knowledgeable, SOBER (not fried at least in appearence) staff. The store was clean, nicely remodeled with a spacious open layout. Bud tenders are happy to let you inspect all their product even providing a inspection light. Best experience and prices I've had in the Flint area. I will be back! Keep up the great work guys and gals, and thank you again!
