Feedback:
This place cannot get it's production in order. Takes them hours for a few simple orders then takes them the same time to inform you only because you called that they didn't have it and just haven't updated it. I work in a production facility and can accomplish more orders of a higher volume that have to be actually packed and don't have any issues. Lazy people making excuses. Don't open back up if you can't handle simple work loads.

Michael's has tons of stuff. Goods for a spectacularly varied number of crafts. Will they have what you want? Maybe! I was there for frames and found two. They were having a sale, not bad. Was also there for Sharpies. They didn't have as many single colors I thought they would and their packs were a bit overpriced. Check out person was super nice!

I LOVE Michael's. The staff is always friendly and the selection is much better than any crafty store I've been to. The prices are on the higher side, but most art supplies aren't cheap. Plus, they always have a sale of some sort and a couple coupons. The store is decorated based on the season and it adds a happier environment. I go to Michael's for anything crafty:)

I am big fan of the variety of stuff you can get under one roof! Bday gifts, arts and creative items, baking stuff, scrapbooking and paper crafts, kids school project items which we end up doing :/, want to create a master piece of art you will virtually find everything.They restore stuff every holiday, love there customer services and you can’t beat the offers you receive in your emails.If it’s not online for me it’s Michaels!

I visited Michael's on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and happened to visit during a big sale. The selection was still plentiful and the store was in good shape. I specifically want to commend the lady working at the framing section at around 8pm. She was very friendly and helpful. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she helped me look for a picture frame that fit my preference. Additionally, one of the ladies at the register (Reyna?) was courteous and professional as well. She made the transaction go smoothly and when my picture frame hit the counter somewhat hard she made sure there was no damage. I would definitely return to this location based on my positive experience. Now that I've read a few reviews of this location, I see good customer experience as a common theme which is great.

Wow. Today, I had an amazing customer service experience with their employee Kendall. I’ll try to keep it short and sweet but she helped me out so much today and I am so grateful she was there. Very nice, welcoming and possesses a very positive, happy attitude. Thank you so much, Kendall, for assisting me with my purchases today! You are amazing!

This is a good Michaels - nicely laid out and lots of stock - and helpful staff that pointed me in the right direction for the canvases and paints. It seems that all Michaels stores have really long lines or it just takes ages to get through the till, but it was quick and painless, (in comparison). Remember to bring your coupons...

I went to Michael's to get a few Halloween cookie cutters for dish I'm making for a potluck. They are having a theme contest for the dishes that are brought. Michael's had exactly what I needed and at a great price. Definitely better than what I was finding online elsewhere. I also found some interesting, new to me, cake decorating items. What I found was edible adhesive, edible spray on color, and a pen with edible ink. These were a great finds.

Nicely organized store, definitely one of the more open concept Michael's with a very good selection. Best of all? If you are looking for clearance items, this store doesn't get the same traffic as many of the other WA locations, so they tend to have more of what you wanted for far cheaper, even when other locations are sold out. Only reason I took away 1 star is because their bathrooms are completely blocked off and it doesn't appear that they are trying to repair them. Doesn't affect the average shopper, but considering this is in Bellevue and almost every other location takes pride in having a clean bathroom, I felt it was worth noting.

I love Michael's so much! I come here all of the time to buy yarn for my projects and I always find what I need. There is a large variety of yarn (different color, amount, and yarn size). This is also a great place to buy supplies to wrap Christmas presents and cards. They also have a lot of supplies for art like paint, markers, pencils, crayons, etc. I also got large board from here that I used to make a sign for a basketball team that was featured on tv! In summary, Michael's is a great place to get supplies for arts and crafts!
