Purchased off their website had some payment issues solved with cashapp. Throughout purchase I got fast response to any question. They are super cool and friendly and helpful. Shipping time was like an instant just days later I had my package. Quality grade product also. Purchase and be happy. If product doesn't work out it's you not the cellar as I now call em. Going back again no hesitation. Better than the Canadian site that took over 3 weeks to just to ask if I still wanted order. I said no and they still tried to charge me. I trust the cellar and that's it buy from America bros and gals

I paid 190.00 in money order form for 3 packs of 5 Gelato seeds and this company only sent me 1. They refuse to answer the phone, and I can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. If seed cellar thinks that they’re going to rip me off, I’ll see them in court for 3X what they owe me, with video proof of me opening the package and proving that only one pack was mailed. First of all I would definitely recommend Seed Cellar. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I originally purchased (Girl scout cookies, feminized, auto flowering) (3) out of the (6) germinated. The last seed took about a month. I called and Kirsten gave me a credit which I used towards the purchase of (Dark purple, feminized, auto flowering) (3) out of (5) germinated. I am still attempting to germinate the seeds that didn’t sprout from both varieties. At this point 50% of the first seeds germinated and 60% of the second variety germinated. I don’t expect this to change.

Idk how to feel. Took longer than expected to arrive. One of my packs of seeds won't germinate. They say on their website that they aren't liable if this occurs. I initially went through seed cellar because it's close and I suspected to be growing sooner since I'm going through a place not too far from home. Unfortunately, I waited for a package that would of took my usually seed supplier(Located in California) the same amount of time to ship. Now I'm considering spending more money for seeds because I have five that won't pop. So yeah idk how to feel about this.

‼️EDIT: They managed to remove my review so I’m posting it to Facebook in hopes it doesn’t get removed. Ordered almost $1000 in seeds. I was told they have a 80% germination rate. I managed to get MAYBE 40%. I have ordered from herbies for years and never had any problems, decided to try a new place due to the fast shipping. Cost me to waste 100’s of dollars. The ‘reward system’ is also not very informative, had enough rewards for another order and it turns out you can only use $5 off each order. They also didn’t send my freebie rewards they said I would get when I placed my order until I called and complained, they came a few days later. On the other hand customer service was great and shipping was fast!

Sent payment out on a Saturday received on Monday sent package out 7 days have gone by now we both know it dosent take a package more than a couple days to travel a hour north as a first time customer I would do whatever it takes to make them happy even if it’s sending another pack out priority mail will never buy anything from this place again

100% of seeds did not germinate. Bought an expensive variety of them with a 100% failure rate, tried various methods to induce germination with zero effect. In contrast I have germinated completely random seeds from other gardeners, friends, and vendors that will sprout in exact same conditions. No idea why they have a high rating on Google.

I made an order 2 days ago. Very fast shipping! Already received my order and I must say...very nice packaging and extremely friendly customer service! If you want your seeds fast..I suggest The Seed Cellar!*UPDATE* 100% germination! Germinated 8 seeds and was successful! Thank you guys again!

I would think that if when a person orders let's say maybe $100 on seeds most seed banks will throw in a freebie or two and probably even a couple of stickers even. But if you spend $210 at Seed Cellar do you know what you get? Nothing except for the seeds you ordered so I guess that they are just the required minimum type of company. That's a quick way to diswayed a new customer from returning for sure.
