I like the location and the staff is friendly enough. Now, I can chalk up a difference in pay from what's listed to what I'm being charged to a simple mistake. But if your listing says mandarin cookies by a brand with a certain amount of thc, then I expect to get just that. Not a different brand, with a different price and thc content. What's bad is that the difference was not explained. Just handed over and "here you go". Not cool. I pointed out the different price on what I'm being charged to what was advertised and didn't notice that I didn't get the brand and thc content until I got home. I'm fully aware that each batch is different but if you advertise 83% Thc per .3g and only deliver 76% per 3g and again a different brand.. come on man.. I see you.Edit: 6/21/2020 Seems like it was a one-off. Knowledgeable and friendly staff kept me coming back and over time they have proven to be solid. The veterans discount for being a medical patient (applicable anywhere), decent pricing and location are a plus also.

If you're purchasing for rec use I'd advise going at your own risk. While the reduction in wait time is great due to the appointment set up it seems that rec menu is not up to date. I've gone multiple times due to an item currently on the Rec menu and it was sold out by the time I got there. Multiple times I was told the item sold out several days ago even though the item is currently on the menu. This may not be an issue for some people, but if you're driving a good distance it's a bit of a let down especially when you really want a specific item. Good luck

Employees are helpful but what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment when you STILL have to congregate and form a line?? Defeats the purpose and you should really specify on your website what the process entails so people can arrive early instead of assuming they can be taken care of soon. Also, if you're gonna have someone outside assisting at LEAST make sure they're enforcing the 6ft apart rule. Everything about this process is pointless and borderline dangerous.

Probably not worth the wait (usually an hour wait) they usually run out of weed and only have edibles and wax but the edibles are actually worth it for hardcore users. Bought and ate some Friday morning and underestimated the power of the edibles and took more then the recommendation of 5mg and didn’t sober up till Sunday night so yeah you get what you paid for, for the edibles well worth it! Just careful I am a hardcore smoker usually takes me 3 joints to feel high and the edibles were 3x more than that, I will never buy edibles again just cause I didn’t like that fact that I wasted my weekend lol but that’s on me not the dispensary, I just wish they had a menu/sign outside to let us know what they got and don’t got because as I went inside i asked for weed which they didn’t have and decided to buy edibles because I waited an hour in the cold. I will return to the dispensary when the hype dies down.

Lines are too long for how few people are in them now what takes your people so long per person! Get these lines down or you’ll be on my list to avoid. How you take over 4 minutes per person is beyond me too I’ve been to all the rec dispensaries yours was last most take 2mins 15seconds why does it take so long hire more people or hire me to consult with you on how to improve your time per person. I’ll be sending you a bill for my time wasted.

Great service. Two knowledgeable people sat with me for forty-five minutes to understand my complex medical history, and make recommendations on products that addressed my issues. One of which was incessant pain in my cervical spine. The pain would wake me multiple times each night, and I generally found myself laying awake in bed each night after 3 - 4 am. When your not getting a good nights sleep your medical problems become compounded, and your days are more difficult. The very first night that I tried one of their RSO products I slept through the night from 10 pm until 10:30 am! I was shocked, and so grateful. Over the next weeks I played with the dosing, and continued to sleep through the night. I even backed off the dose that I was using because one morning I woke a 12 pm... seriously, (note: I retired early so no more salt mine :). I’ve since titrated to a perfect dose and sleep through the night from 10 pm until 8 am most nights. It’s life changing. The people at Midway are nice, knowledgeable and sincere in trying to help you.Jan 14, 2020 update: have switched to the Mindy’s Kitchen 10 mg THC gummies. They are much easier to take. The RSO is fine but I found that I needed to add it to caffeine-free herbal tea and let it dissolve. Gummies taste good and easier to take.

It literally took me two days to complete my whole medical card process, Kristen Pirelli helped me through the whole process, also she pointed me towards the right direction when it came to my doctors visit for the prescription. Very knowledgeable staff and prices on edibles are fair. Flower is a bit expensive here hope prices will go down for bulk when the first of January comes.

I love this place & the people are the best.I have tried another place close to here and the service was subpar and the employees were lack luster except for one guy. Not the case at Midway Dispensary everyone is there to help. I have never had one wrong order or Issue in almost two years. Thank You for what You do Midway.

Very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is very friendly, and genuinely seem like they care. They make the effort to remember little details about you or things you've told them, so you feel very welcomed. They will spend as much time as you need explaining things to you/helping you find the right product. If you don't need any help, they are very quick and get you in and out. Very good selection of products. The concentrates are a little pricey, but it's Cool County...and the quality is top notch.
