The products are great but the service is not. It seems everyone there smokes far too much. I have a medical card but have been denied entry recently due to not having an IL state ID/driver's license. This is after I have visited a dozen times previously with no issue, and even after the manager of this location approved my entry and assured me there would be no problems going forward. The next time, he decided it was against company policy. Clearly no one here even understands the company's policies since the Aurora and Ottawa locations have had no problems. The consistency problems go beyond this as well since I was told that I could contact the call center to have a product held, only to contact the call center at a later time to be told it is against company policy to hold products. What a joke especially when the website claims "we believe everyone should have access".

Imagine dealing with employees that guide traffic not wearing a mask during a pandemic and having them make you roll down your window thinking they will tell you where to park but they just talk directly in your face about nonsense. Now imagine going there after driving 30 mins and you find out that they didn’t update their website so you can’t buy what you wanted. Finally, Imagine going there and they STILL make you use a piece of paper and community pencil to write down your order during a pandemic. 1 Star.

I have been to this dispo a few times now. Everytime my visits are perfect. The wait is short, the staff is helpful and always willing to help with a recommendation based off your personal needs and wants for that day. I ask alot of questions and make conversation, which can be annoying for some people, but im always treated kindly and with respect at thier locations. Verilife is the ONLY location ill be shopping for cannabis products!

Can I even get a disability or a veteran's discount for recreational when medical already gets a huge discount and January 1st they allowed for the disability and Veteran discount but then did away with it which I feel is greedy. They are literally my neighbors and I would rather drive 45 minutes away two places that will give me discount and treat me nicer like not having to wait in line when I have Parkinson's and have to walk with a cane but seems this place is always no no no no. And they really do not care that I am taking my business of 300 to $600 per visit someplace else ... when they could have that visit and business at least 3 times a month. I have literally left in tears from the way I was spoken to and treated compared to January 1st when I first started visiting them.

I didn't feel very welcome here. I had purchased from this facility back in January 2020. I don't use cannabis often, so I wanted some suggestions but i got the impression I was inconveniencing them by having questions. I get it, once 2020 hit it was busy and no matter what they were getting many sales that day but treating people kind will make me more likely to come back. I went again 3/2020. My license had just expired the day before but the DMV was closed due to COVID-19. The state extended all expirations. But not verilife. They then got offended that I don't have a state id or passport. Sorry, some people don't have a need to have more than a driver's license. I went to another facility and they accepted me ID and had a great experience and was able to try several new product suggest to me.

I have to stop believing that Verilife’s product menu on their website reflects their in-store inventory. This is the 2nd time I have made a 30+ minute drive out to the Romeoville location because Verilife updated their menu that falsely showed that a pre-roll pack of 5 was on their website. I made my appointment days prior to this and made sure to check back everyday to see if the menu was updated. This location closed on Tuesday and my appointment was for Thursday morning, I made sure to check that the menu was updated prior to my appointment (which it was). However, when I was handed the product menu in person, every menu item was on there except for the pre rolls. Please go to other dispensaries like Rise in Joliet to get reliable menus that are updated in real time, so that you do not waste gas and time believing that Verilife is reliable at all.

Very low quantities it seems like. Instead of forcing myself to buying strains I didn’t want I had just left. Came for pre rolls but they had run out. Asked when they’re next coming in the budtender did not know. Advice for verilife, it is ok to run out of product but not a whole type of product. Disappointed but I understand that these guys are rookies in the game here in Illinois.

Selection is poor, all flower sales for the most part are very low THC thca is not worth paying almost 80 an 1/8 at 1% thc and 27%The Concentrates are well worth the money but these days are hard to fine in stockLines were pretty excessive before if you think about how much you’re paying with no where to park and now no lines but you Have to make an appointment three days in advance add an exact time to getNo mention of this in the app you drive to the location to find it out unless you view their website which a few days ago this was not the website

This is an extremely organized dispensary. The POPO are present to help run things smoothly and peacefully. And they do , helping us and the employees of the dispensary. The line moves quickly and once inside they have your selections ready for you! Just pay cash and go! Very friendly staff in and out! Great variety and packaging too. Parking is available close by.

The Verilife in Romeoville per instructions on their website required an appointment for recreational customers starting today. Surprisingly I called and reached them quickly and made an appointment for noon when they opened today. I was dropped off waited for ten minutes, was in and out like ten minutes later. Due to Corona sales will go slower for them but better overall for recreational customers. Nice to stop by and not wait in line.
