MEDICAL SIDE- I stopped in today and was greeted by Daniel , I dont normally write reviews but I felt I should on this one. I recently started coming back here and very happy I did. Daniel was phenomenal today!!! He recommended new products, was very friendly , made sure all my needs were met with great products and exactly what I needed ! And not just trying to push pricy products . Was a great experience today and very pleased!!!! Thank you mile high and Daniel was awesome!!!

I will never shop there again they are definitely baiting people I was offered a gram of dab at 79% THC but when I arrived they had replaced it with another one that was only 70% and try to apologize if you don't have the product it should not be on your website. I think the better business bureau should get involved if they don't have something they should not replace it with something else when you come in they should let you know they don't have the product and ask if there is something else you would like

Don't shop here during this pandemic. They are baiting and switching products. I was offered a deal of the day price on a good strain that was 29% thc. But then they switch it out for a leafy strain that is only 14%. To top it off they don't even mention the change or give me a chance to decline it. I called to get some help but the two people I talked to acted like i was waisting their time. Some of the people there seem to think they can do what ever they what just because we're not allowed to look before we buy anymore. This place needs to be investigated.

My roommate/friend and I were in Denver handling some personal business I needed to attend to. We planned on going to a dispensary at some point while in Denver and we ended up settling on going to MHD. We arrived at the store and of course did the online ordering as per MHD’s Covid-19 procedures (which was nice to see them taking this seriously). We go on to the website and see their prices for bud and edibles. They had brands of edibles I’ve bought from other dispensaries, except they were selling them for almost double what I paid at those other dispensaries. The edibles in question are very good by the way. However as someone that is really big into edibles I can tell you that they aren’t worth almost twice what I pay for them at loads of other dispensaries. It’s safe to say we ended up taking our business to a dispensary not that far away that were selling those same edibles for what I have always paid for them. Maybe their actual bud is priced reasonably I don’t have any idea. But I will say that as far as edibles are concerned they’re selling at prices I’d expect inexperienced cannabis tourists to pay. Love the product you’re selling, just not enough to pay almost double the price as compared to other places

These guys are just great customer service has gone up so much in the past couple months and John who answered the phone for me just now was so patient answered all my questions and was totally willing and understanding of why I was even asking questions it was awesome customer service their buds are great the special of the day helps me save money and I just love this place thanks for keeping up with regulations during this time so that we can have access to our favorite Bud place thanks again you guys rock

Definetly one of my favorite dispensaries around. The area you buy on the med side is like a bar and gives a fuzzy and nice atmosphere, I think every staff member I have meet at Mile High has given outstanding service and helped me find the stuff i was looking for every time. Not to mention the stuff their is not over priced like some dispensaries and is very good quality I like the strains they get from craft and their flower is beautiful given I dont smoke bud often I buy grams sometime of their flour and have loved every strain I've gotten from them, just check the place out it will grow on you!!

Medical patients beware. I used to be a member and discontinued 8 months ago due to Getting bad wax and they wouldn’t make it right. Went to buy shake earlier this month and was somehow added back as a member by one of there staff without a signed paper by me to do so and I was signed up as a member already somewhere else. After brining the issue to their attention I somehow was the bad guy. Something fishy going on with this situation to start then I was disrespected by brandy and another staff on the medical side. Was hung up on many times trying to get them to remove me as a member. Sent an email to try to talk to the owner but I know Brandy will not be forwarding the email to the owner. I will not shop there ever again and anyone with a med card I highly recommended never signing over your plants to them.

Get a consistent ID check protocol.I've been going here for a year and half only had a problem my first time and this but I probably won't be back after this one. Drove around in the snow just to be turned away because the first time I went the door person thought it would be best to bend my ID to see if its real even though it scanned... apparently South Carolina is the most faked ID. If it cracked or you can see through the bend they couldn't take it... cool I passed the test because it's obviously real. Everytime I came after they joked about it and told me to just keep an eye on it and be careful with it. It always scanned so they never had a problem. This one snowy day out of the year and a half I was going it was a problem. Suddenly they couldn't accept it due to the bend they caused and wouldnt even attempt to scan it. I understand rules are rules but if it was never a problem before why is it suddenly one now?

Best products and quality for price hands down. All around a balanced experience. They have amazing bud and price is very fair for market current. Have amazing cart prices and is one of the best if not the best for west Denver metro. Had amazing customer service from a guy named.J.T. he really knew his stuff and guided me to satisfaction.
