**edited: I called the number given in the comments and scheduled another appointment. I was hoping it was a fluke. The waiting area is probably always going to be busy and expect to arrive 30 minutes early for new patients but it is worth the wait. I have been to about 3 appointments and the staff inside(chiropractor, massage therapist) are amazing! Original:Worse experience Ever!! At first, I thought I was lucky to call and get a new patient appointment for the next day. I made the appointment for 8:30 in the morning. A few hours later, they called to confirm by 9am appointment. I verified what time my appointment was since first they said 8:30 and now they are saying 9. The person on the phone confirmed that my appointment was actually at 8:45 but they wanted me there 15 minutes early for me patients. I understood that and I showed up at exactly 8:30 the next morning. I signed in and marked new patient as the secretary was on the phone. After 10 minutes, I still haven't been called up for my paperwork, insurance card, or co-pay. I went to the desk to ask if there are any new patient paperwork that I could start filling out. The secretary was busy but that is no excuse to be rude. She gave me part of the paperwork and told me there would be more but she would get it later. After filling it out and returning it, I was called up a few minutes later for the other package. By now it was 8:55 and so I asked just what time they have my appointment for. I was informed that my appointment was suppose to be for 9:15! They had me come in 45 minutes early so they could take 30 minutes just to hand me the paperwork! That is unacceptable! With all the people walking in for appointments as well, I was still going to be waiting even longer. This shows a mismanaged, unorganized organization that has no respect for its clients. I have absolutely no problem coming in 15 minutes early, I agree with that and I think it does take that long to fill everything out.
