ever again will I go here for chiropractic. They sent me a "final notice" for two visits in 2017 and NEVER ran my insurance. (Also, I had never received ANY notices or phone calls from them prior.) Well in December 2018, I received a cute little flyer saying that "in the spirit of the holiday season," they would give me 50% off my outstanding balance. After speaking with them, it turns out that they called the wrong insurance on file because I came in on Saturday and they don't collect insurance cards on Saturdays... Finally I was able to negotiate my bill from $591 to $157, but it should have been $60 with insurance.
