The concentrate they have is made with mouldy product, their flower is always dry, and is not worth the money. This has been happening with this shop since it opend! I even took it back and the budtender said and I quote " I can't exchange, or give refunds on any product that has been opened, and if you have a problem go elsewhere, now Leave the store before I call the police!" I was calm, not wanting to cause any problems, but wanted to explain that I can't use a product that was derived from a molded plant! Mold on plant can cause lung issues, I will NOT BE SHOPPING WITH THIS SHOP EVER.

Bud tender Francis is very unprofessional. Love Mindful but refuse to shop during any of her shifts. She has minimal knowledge of the products and when asked about them she refuses to offer any help. It would be beneficial to the company to provide Francis with proper customer service skills. Peoria location

I was hired through a temp agency to package edibles I was the only person of color there and the people who were there made me feel every uncomfortable I can honestly say I will never work for shop with you guys ever again

I drove here for one of their 2g for twenty deals. When I went to the counter I was informed they had just sold the last ones. I was pretty disappointed but the quality of their products, prices and customer service here was excellent. And the deals are too good damn it.

I would give them no stars but you have to put something in order to write a review.They way i was treated tonite is the reason why i will travel to any store but Mindful at any distance from my house even though the Mindful location on S. Peoria is literally next to my apartment balcony. I walked in at 9:54 because i just got off of work and want a pick me up before i went to sleep and the blue haired chick that i saw standing at the door as i was walking up didnt even say hello or anything she just said were . Even though there were other customers in the store and it was 9:54 p.m. (Im not a genius or anything but the sign on the door said yall close at 10:00) So since I dont get off of work in their time frame ( AND I ADVISE THAT IF ANYONE ELSE GETS OFF A LITTLE LATER FIND ANOTHER STORE AS WELL) my money isnt good enough because their employees want to leave. Well Mindful wont get anymore or it even if I have to go to a different city I WILL YALL AINT WORTH IT!!!!!!!After speaking with a customer service rep (Kurt) and voicing my concerns he was able to assure me that there were some steps taken to make sure that this incident or any lime them will never happen again. I went back after a cooling off period and was rewarded with amazing customer service and was very well taken care of. A drastically different transaction and exchange was accomplished and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with services & product alike. Thank you for reaching out and taking the time to hear what I had to say?.
