Where to start? Los Lunas is my home store however I have had the pleasure of visiting Abq and Bernalillo. My experiences have always been positive. My home store in Los Lunas, Katie, Lizzie, Eva, Elysian, Armondo and Ashley always go above and beyond to take very good care of me and make sure my medication is ready and waiting when I arrive. Not only do they make sure I'm taken great care of but they answer all my questions, I feel like I'm their only patient in the store and they listen to my complaints or suggestions and make changes when they can concerning my medication. The same can be said for Bryce at the Abq location with an exception. I may only visit the Abq store maybe once every couple of months but yet with all his customers, he remembers me, my name and what my medication preference is.Adam and Sereena at the Bernalillo store are both very friendly, willing to offer advice and in my opinion are added assets to the company along with all the above mentioned employees.My only complaint is with Minervas new website. I do not use Facebook or other social media sites and it appears that if I want to praise the employees direct to their website, I can't unless I subscribe to social media.
