With MN voters still allowing it's legislation to restrict and limit, all the way down to the type of medical cannabis that's available to patients, I was quite skeptical about my visit to MN Medical Solutions. Living with PTSD, after having served in the Persian Gulf, I knew that I could use this sort of help. But I didn't feel good about going to get a medication that's still so controversial. However, my whole experience was a pleasant surprise. First, my pharmacist was knowledgeable, polite, and explained all that I was wondering about. I actually felt at ease during my video consultation. Because legalization of cannabis here in MN is still in it's infancy, the prices on the products are discouragingly high. Surprise again, MN Medical Solutions made it affordable by offering a generous discount on my first order! Overall, I give them all the stars in the sky for top notch professionalism, and for dispensing top quality concentrate. I can honestly say that after having made the decision, I'm feeling much better- MN Medical Solutions helped me to obtain a medication that actually works, and they made it easy! The RPh are so helpful. And, I am hopeful for the first time since 1982 that I will find a prescription that allows me to function so I can live somewhat normally after all these decades of having symptoms dictate whether I persevere in the pursuit of " a (satisfactory) life" for the few years I have in front of me. I really have only hoped that I would die sooner rather than later to be free of this body & mind that causes me such pain & aggravation. I felt the pain in my legs reduced by the Bar roll-on so much I could touch them w/o flinching, and I could hope again for all kinds of relief. I have energy to keep seeking, trial & error, but I have proof that this plant works. I look forward to the whole plant being used because I believe it it's properties are perfectly synergistic for our pain with minimal tweeking although I never tried it but the Creator gave us perfect provisions for our needs. So, I have hope.

Being a new customer to Minnesota Medical Solutions (which I will refer to as MMS from here on) during a time where ‘the legalization of marijuana’ is such a hot button topic, is what has compelled me to write a review about this company. MMS is currently 1 of only 2 companies authorized by the State of MInnesota to sell products containing THC within its state’s lines. They have 4 locations (all my experiences thus far stem from interactions with the Bloomington location, btw).I hav had 2 online face-to-face interactions with pharmacists employeed by the company as well as numerous other interactions with MMS staff including during phone calls, emails and when picking up my product at the Bloomington location. I am not exaggerating when I say that each and every one has been a very positive experience. The MMS employees have not only been patient with me during my asking of many novice-level questions, but all had very friendly dispositions and, to-the-man/woman, were extremely knowledgeable in the process, the products and any on how to avoid any potential pitfalls.All-in-all, I could not be happier and have found that vaping oils have tended to work best for me so far (specifically Blue & Green vape oils have worked the best, which are lower THC:CBD ratios).MMS is a great company and I will no doubt be sticking with them. Make sure to take advantage of the fact that the 1st (and only 1st) order you buy is all 50% off! I didn’t take advantage as much as I should have and am now kicking myself.Thanks MMS!!! I go back and forth between MinnMed and LeafLine, tho MinnMed is more convenient for me location-wise. I really like that MinnMed has bulk oil syringes - it's far more economical than the pre-filled cartridges. The dispensary experience is far more casual than LeafLine, where a refill needs to be called in by phone and they are very tight on pickup deadlines. Plus, it always takes a while to get my refills once I'm there. MinnMed is far faster and easier for me, plus it's cheaper and I can get the type of products I want.

Great products. Prices are the best in MN but don’t compare to Colorado prices. I hope that will improve in the coming years. A couple weeks ago I had a defective cartridge. It fell apart and leaked the contents. It was entirely unusable, and I was without medicine for 3 days. This is a $65 product so I was disappointed to say the least. The staff at the store are absolutely always exceptional and always leave me thankful and happy. They said they would escalate the issue to the manager. I got an email back from the manager asking for some more information about my situation. I replied and never heard back. I’m only vaguely disappointed in the defective product, but I’m decently frustrated by the lack of mitigation, or even apology, thereafter.

Caregiver to my 88 year old mother for almost a year. She refused to take prescribed opioids, but after some convincing started on MinnMed CBD (indigo), and it has done wonders for her chronic pain. Bloomington staff is helpful and efficient. Just had my first go this morning at online pre-order, curbside pickup, and CanPay - it was all fast and easy. Thanks MinnMed!

I have been registered with Minn Medical for 3 months. I have visited the downtown Minneapolis and Bloomington locations. My experience at both locations has been very positive. All of the staff members have been very professional, friendly and helpful at every step in the process. The website to re-order products is easy to use. I'm also very happy with the products that I have purchased at Minn Med. I use a variety of cannabis products to treat the painful symptoms of fibromyalgia. Cannabis and Minn Med have truly helped improve the quality of my life.

Most of the staff that lets you in doesn't acknowledge you, say anything, or look at you when you walk in -- which immediately makes you feel unwelcome. Their product is also inferior to what Leafline Labs offers. They are open on Sundays which is great and not all the staff is bad, but it would be lovely to not feel dehumanized when I show identification to get in the door.

The staff are very friendly, efficient and provide in-depth information on how to take cannabis for optimal results. This was especially beneficial in learning the delivery method for my mother to use for her cancer. I also appreciate the flexibility of the pharmacists when I need to change my dosage when I have painful fibromyalgia flares.
