Rude people. They put themselves in a search on the internet as carrying non-cannibas oils, but then are all rude when you show up to try to shop there. The state needs to shut this place down! more
Feedback:
I tried leaf line labs and MN Medical solutions. Leaf line was a very weak low quality co2 product mixed with mct oil. Bad taste very weak.MN medical solutions offers a super potent distillate with no additives. High quality that lasts 10 times longer. Yummy taste very strong.
Feedback:
♿ accessible/barrier free. Back entrance has wheelchair liftCSR's at the Mpls location are very friendly & knowledgeable. They seem happy to answer your questions and can tell you what other patients think of certain products. There have been some price cuts in the last year ('17-'18.) DISCOUNTS you may qualify for; if you have: low income, you/one/both of your parents is military (active-duty or honorable discharge vet.) Loyalty Credit program is discontinued as of 11/8/19. Parking is free in the back of the building and does have designated ♿ handicap accessible spaces. Parking also available on street in front of bldg. You can reorder through: the website for refills of products you've used before; use Booking Bug to book a consult with a Pharmacist.
Feedback:
I’ve been going to the Mpls location for over 2 years now. The staff is very well educated and very nice and it’s a professional setting. The quality of my medication is great. When I first went there I had a ton of questions and no idea what to expect from the medications but the medical staff was awesome about explaining everything and helped me figure out what works w my illness.
Feedback:
Very professional atmosphere, lots of options to sit and wait, ATM inside. Rarely a wait. The staff is super nice, and if you have questions, they're pretty on top of it.They can't control pricing, and that's my only complaint.
Feedback:
I like that they have done away with the rewards program and made it straight up. Also they changed there vape oil switch I really love because there stronger and more effective. I really like this store staff are always helpful and friendly..always a great experience and the products have given me options to live my life to the fullest..Thank you

After being approved for medical cannabis, I initially went to Leafline Labs (LLL), because between the 2 state-licensed providers, they were the less overwhelming as they only sell 3 formulations compared to Minnesota Medical Solution's 9. After a few weeks, though,I wasn'tg relief of my symptoms and decided to try Minnesota Medical Solutions (MMS). Of the two, I felt like MMS was more thorough in listening to my concerns and then recommending medicine, whereas it felt like the people at LLL basically made an argument as to why each of their meds would be appropriate and leaving it very open as to what and how much I purchased. The first pharmacist I met with at MMS, Tom, was great. You can tell he has a great depth of knowledge and genuinely wants to help. They also treated me with respect and dignity. However, I went back for a follow-up consultation this week, and it wasn't the great experience the first time was. The pharmacist I spoke with made me feel judged when I asked about trying a different product. It almost felt like she thought I was drug-seeking, which, yes, okay, technically that's all their patients do, but she asked me the same questions multiple times, even when my caregiver chimed in to confirm what was going on. It was clear that this particular pharmacist isn't particularly well-versed in my specific condition, which is understandable, but in trying to explain to her how it affects me, she sounded almost skeptical, which as a patient is extremely frustrating. I've gone through YEARS of invasive tests to finally have arrived at this point; I don't care about getting high, I just want my symptoms to abate. When the pharmacist was done, she had me approach a check out window so that she could verify she entered the order correctly. The receptionist was training new individuals and very bluntly told the pharmacist, in front of me, that she "didn't have time" to fix it and needed the pharmacist to redo it. That seemed extremely unprofessional; it's not the respectful conduct between colleagues one expects.I was told to take a seat while the order was packed. When they called my name, I went up to the counter to pay. The new cashier was pleasant but a little confused. No big deal, except the cashier who told the pharmacist she was too busy to help was watching the new girl. The girl realized she needed some cash from the cashier to her left. She stepped approximately 5 inches away from her partially open drawer, which was behind a counter, to take the money, and the training manager felt the need to tell her quite loudly not to ever step away from her drawer because "they" (my partner and I were the only ones at checkout) could lean over and grab her cash. Again, it's a valid, important lesson, but it was handled poorly. Tell her that once your customer walks away.I'm generally happy, but please be cognizant of how you treat your patients. Many of us already feel uncomfortable going against a childhood of the D.A.R.E program so having it implied we're going to steal is frustrating.
Feedback:
Very friendly staff. Prices are way too steep, but you get basically the same consistent product every time, unlike when you buy from the underground market. However... the potency of the stuff bought from the street/underground market can be way higher. (No pun intended) Minnesota needs to go full legal so we all can grow our own medicine.
Feedback:
It would be more expensive to go to the Other Place instead of going to Minnesota Medical Solutions. Not only have I never done so, I drive past a closer location just to stay away from the Twin Cities inner loop. They are nice people and their office was very tidy. Their Loyalty Rewards Program is awesome, and you can spend it on your prescriptions whenever you need or want to.
Feedback:
Variety of products, strengths etc but the potency doesn’t seem as strong as leaflabs . Also when I requested the black syringe because as I needed red extra strength and regular twice as much therefor wanted something I didn’t have to take 8 of . The pharmacist pulled me aside to talk to me and absolutely made me feel horrible for needing something that worked better for my pain and sleep/ PTSD . Therefor I cut down going there quite a bit and gontonleaf labs. Ore as I found there products to be more effective. As well as not being judged as much . MS was very nice at my first appointments then started to change. They do have a decent rewards program that is helpful. Also they offer the cashless ATM which is convenient in not needing cash. Could be worse, but deff room for improvement.
