Bought a vase of flowers for mothers day for $136.00. Cut everything very short in a tall vase and had the water barely above the bottoms. My mom caught it on the second day but they were already dying. She asked if they would replace some of it. They said no and called her impossible to please. My mom never had issues with any other flower place. Pretty unreasonable Fiesta Flowers. Way to ruin my mothers day gift.

My best friend got a new job and the floral arrangement I ordered from Fiesta Flowers was absolutely perfect for the occasion! I ordered a deluxe bouquet (18 roses) - all yellow wrapped in burlap, but unfortunately they didn't have the yellow roses. However, they called me and let me be a part of the arranging process to select other colors which was so sweet! I really didn't mind as long as they came out nice, which they did! These flowers exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

Fiesta Flowers Plants & Gifts is my go-to florist and since I live out of state and need to send flowers in the Phoenix area, I have to say this company has THE BEST customer service I've ever received from a florist. The flowers are always very artfully done and exactly what I need when I need it. They really go the extra mile and add the personal touches I always seem to ask for and they always exceed my expectations. So, if you want a florist who loves what they do, does AMAZING work and has customer service second to none, then definitely go with Fiesta Flowers!!

My son had to help his dog Ethel cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Our vet Dr. Linda Elliott from Awatukee Commons Vet Hospital sent him a red rose & a beautiful card from your florist shop. I just want to say thank you to Shannon & her driver for being so compassionate. I will definitely order any flower arrangements in the future.🐾🌹🌈

I ordered flowers for my Mother's special birthday. I was calling from Ohio and she lives in AZ. The flowers, candy and balloon arrived on time and were perfect! It looked just like the picture on the website. My Mom still keeps talking about the arrangement to all of her friends. I reside in the UK and Fiesta Flowers was the second American Florist Service I used last week, and what a pleasant and different experience this particular florist has been!A surprise gift order, placed and accepted. This was followed up on the requested day by an email stating that the gift was on their truck. Closely followed by confirmation that the gift and been delivered... WOW! What a fantastic flower & gift shop! It is really open & bright with a really large selection of super fresh flowers and lots of amazing gifty items to choose from! I went to another flower shop before going here but they hardly had anything and the people were a little rude so I yelped where to find another flower shop and Fiesta Flowers came up with 5 STARS and over 45 great reviews! Once I saw their name, I remembered that I had received a red rose from them before from my vet after my dog died and it had lasted 12 days. They had numerous arrangements already made to choose from but I wanted to add a few flowers to one so I was able to pick my flowers and watch them make me a gorgeous arrangement because their work tables are right there so you can see what they are doing the whole time. I was even given a sample of the best chocolates I've ever tasted while I was waiting! YUM! DNA chocolates are the bomb! All the people working in the shop were so nice and helpful, by the time I left, I felt like I had new friends! Shannon, the owner was super friendly & amazingly fast at making my arrangement and my friend that I bought them for said they they lasted 2 weeks! I will definitely be going back and will always use Fiesta Flowers from now on. They made my day and my friends 2 weeks! Thank you everyone at Fiesta Flowers! You are the best!

This was the first time I have used this florist but definitely will not be the last. The level of service from a fresh beautiful arrangement to the quickest delivery I have ever experienced.
