5 stars for the original staff. New staff makes me not want any to come back . Bad experience on Sunday. Have been a loyal customer, regularly spending and coming in every week . Even after moving , I still drove to Mission , despite the far distance . Management , you can be all smiles, well spoken , and polite, but none of that matters if you aren

Is somebody suffering from PTSD I find the people working there very kind and understanding. If I have one complaint it would be that the medication that seems to work for me I can't depend on it being there next time I go. No way for me to call ahead they do have an 800 number but it doesn't allow me to make sure my medication is there prior to driving all the way there.

It was great. The staff answered all of my questions, explained the different strains and how they help with my needs. I really recommend this dispensary and the prices are good too. Just ask for the "Three Musketeers" , they really made me feel at home!

One less star for a confusing menu and high prices with low flower supply.Most of the reviews from those who have complaints are regarding prices because I remember waiting longer than expected for service and even got rang up twice for an item. But every time I was compensated and apologized to. I see people come in and act so rude to the staff and they just smile and take it. Mission has provided medicine to me with knowledge other dispensaries never gave me. It's so sad that people in this community find reasons to act so stuck up and rude, and wonder why eventually the staff responds accordingly.Just go elsewhere and learn some better grammar if you're going to completely slam a weed store. People make mistakes. Come January 1st these complainers like the Regina lady (who I have witnessed at the store myself)will be one of like 1000 people that will need personal attention. It's a blessing to have this location right around the corner so I can purchase a little everyday. I don't have the funds to just stock up. They work with my budget and reward me for referring friends.

Tonight was bad customer service. Just because you have a title as a Supervisor. You do not talk to customers any way you choose. Tonight I rate a 1 Star but the new guy was great. An THEY TALK ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. I heard the Temp. Supervisor doing it
