I tried calling the new phone prompt, yet i could still not get a hold of an employee to see if they simply carried a product i was looking for. I finally got a hold of someone but before i said “hello” he put me on hold where i stayed on hold for 15minutes before i hung up. I wont be going to mmj america if they cant answer a phone call.

This is one of the worst dispensaries I've been in across the entire country. Three kinds of flower total and for concentrates. Which two of were extremely dark. Their top shelf flower they were pushing was mids at best. Which is extremely sad because the MMJ America in Vegas is extremely awesome. The MMJ America location in Vegas is the only place I go to while I'm in town out there. This place was a waste of time!!

Every single time I come in here the staff is so fun and friendly, I went in twice today, once to check for ounce flower, they didn't have any available, and the second time I called and came back in and I still couldn't get what I wanted but they made sure to take care of me and made sure I was satisfied.I really appreciate budtenders who can make the environment feel like a friend's house and not like an in and out experience, and who also genuinely care if you're happy or not. So important. I always will be a returning customer!!!

I came down from Boulder because they closed their medical side without notice. I was frustrated and disappointed. Ryan, who works at this downtown location, was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to help me out. This is how you make your business successful: you take care of your customers provide friendly and accommodating customer service. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing for the boulder location. But Ryan and his manager definitely deserve 5 stars. Also they have really dank bud.

Employees are rude and they consistently advertise specials in Westword and then don't honor them and shrug your shoulders at you and you ask why. Drove down here three different times this week to get their special only be turned away for various BS reasons, And please don't apologize they just blame the owners and say that they're terrible. That's always a great sign of a business ool. Trash dispensary especially when there are plenty of other places to shop at. Good luck fellas

Absolutely horrible. How are you gonna say you dont wanna honor your advertised deals all because you just simply dont want to? The budtender simply said shes just not gonna do that right now were her exact words even though we showed up on time. Literally 4 times now this place has advertised a special and not honored it when my friend came in on those 4 seperate occasions. I was there for the 4th time. Screw this place.

I was passing through to go home to oregon and was needing a good pre roll to relax me i was walking down the street lookin for a pot shop i walked into there place and bout a preroll and i pretty satisfied i not only got a body high but a head high as well these guys are def by far my fav ive 26 and have been smokin since i was 13 and they are by far my go to when in denver thanks guys for the amazing quality and constumer care u guys provide

This was the first dispensary that I visited after moving to Denver and they were a great introduction to legalized cannabis. I started off on recreational before getting my medical card and shopping on the med side, and both sides have great product at competitive pricing. Not the cheapest, but the pricing is fair and their flower is better quality than the cheaper bud down the road. I highly recommend them for your first visit and even regular visits after.

I just bought their weed yesterday and I don't buy their way in often, since I prefer another places weed better. The weed was pineapple OG and I woke up the next morning with an extremely sore throat and I could taste some sort of chemical or something wrong that just wasn't natural with the weed while smoking it. So in total I paid $25 to get a really bad sore throat and I barely got high . I am giving this three stars because I love all of the workers there, this place is in my neighborhood and I really enjoy their edibles and concentrates and customer service because again they are great people. But I have worked in a grow before and I can tell that this weed is not clean and I don't think that is morally right to sell to your customers , hopefully my next experience will be better . Again out of all of the places in downtown this place is not overpriced but I can see why because this weed is something really bad I can't even taste the flavor it just taste burnt . Disappointing but because of their great location and I can't say I won't be back for edibles and their great deals. No bad energy with this, at all just trying to inform people so they don't get sick
