Not sure they are taking Social distancing seriously here. The staff who served me was wearing their mask around their chin. When I mentioned it, they said it was uncomfortable - like they were an exception somehow. This pandemic really reveals the divide between people who care about others, and people who only care about themselves. If I were a business owner, I would make sure my staff did everything possible to make customers felt safe.

Always super quick, even during the "pandemic", I walked up to a line-up of 40-50 people and was walking home with my order in about 20 minutes. Pre-ordering makes it way faster but make sure every now and again you go check out the back they know their stuff and I've found I'll grab something I wouldn't usually order online and am never disappointed! Been a weekly customer almost a year now, great selection too.

Have been coming here for a year and most of my experiences were positive and the products are mostly consistent and reliable. Like many other cannabis stores too many people work there and even though I always try to be polite and respectful and tip them well but staff sometimes are not very polite and unwelcoming which made me leave bitter.

Haven’t been to CAFE in a while and decided to go in one night after work because I needed something small. Don’t accept MasterCard?? Okay fine won’t make it a big deal. But main reason I stopped going was because I was travelling from Scarborough and would go all the way to the Fort location. Just FYI to anybody that does read this and doesn’t want to waste their time.. DOOBIE RUN orders to your door if you place your order before5!! If you place your order before 12pm there’s a bonus of an edible, papes, 2 free grams of weed, lighters etc. So ya I regret even coming back, I’m good with DOOBIE ✌🏼

I think it's who you deal with, I spoke with a lovely lady named City, she was kool and had all the answers I needed.!!! Got me sum Tea, shatter bars for pain relief and gummies plus a pack of pre-rolls Sour Diesel which is a favorite. Great location and pretty good hours. My only Beef is, is they should have a Sample piece of Hash for the Customer to look at and be able to open up and smell as apposed to being in a little glass jar. But I do Highly Recommend this Wonderful Establishment for the Connoisseur of Fine Botanicals.!!!!

The inside is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, has light-wooden fixtures, and glass cases with neatly displayed products. The staff is so friendly and they even have a seperate desk and a couple room where they sell weed. The only thing I am critiquing is the prices. I have another dispensary I go to where I can get an oz for $100 bucks, so it is insane what they charge. And their pre-rolls are pretty disappointing and not worth the price.

Out of all the GTA (including hamilton) marijuana stores, this is best place, forget the simple customer service every place gives you (It doesn't contribute towards a rating), If you insist to not purchase your goods online, go to this place, Prices are much better than Honey Pot & Cannabis Cabana, they let you smell it so you have a much better idea of what you are about to purchase, they have edibles, they sell seeds and they take all major forms of payment, A lot of people give ratings just solely in the fact that they know someone, Everyone's a stranger to me but im still comfortable and see the honesty in their pricing. They are so commited to their customers.

Just weird, reminds me of getting weed in highschool and the prices reflect that. They make you go around the side of a building and do a discreet handoff with the money and weed. Super sketchy considering they're trying to portray some kind of haut alt lifestyle? Its an illegal dispensary, and not a very good one.Went there at noon on a Friday and they said they'd be taking orders in an hour, but they make you wait even longer because someone drops off the orders after they've been given up to 2.5 hours later. Took less time to subway down to Queen and get it from a legal dispensary.Pricey, standoffish, unhelpful, time-consuming and all around sketchy. The weed was good though I guess?

Good selection and really convenient that I can bring my dog in. Only bad thing was the girl at the front was kind of rude, we got our number and came back after about 10 minutes and when we asked her what number she was at because we had not been there she got mad and yelled to the whole room to not ask her what number she was at anymore. Other than that everyone that works there was really nice and helpful

I had the best experience here at the Bloor Location. The staff at the front are sooooo friendly, they always make me great coffee. the girl at the desk is so sweet, she has short hair and she’s always giving my dog treats. The bud tenders are so knowledgeable on strains, I always leave happy. I understand sometimes when it gets busy staff can get frustrated but other than that this is the best location!!!!!!!!
